In this Video I'm featuring Gift Baskets that I designed to sell on this upcoming Mother's Day. I have been designing Gift Baskets for a month now. I love our Basket Community and the willingness to share ideas and creations so we all can hone our Craft. I don't have any expectations for sales, I just plan on enjoying my first Mother's Day Basket selling experience.

I'm so jealous at how neat your baskets space is. Hunny my space got paper shreds, bodywash,lotions,ribbon,candy,just a basket explosion everywhere. I be trying to clean up between baskets but it is so chaotic tryin to do all these baskets goin from 1 holiday rite in2 the next. How do u keep your area so neat & clean while doing baskets. Girl my house was a thrift store, I had junk everywhere. I had to find a system using boxes full of particular items. I got my baskets out and had an assembly line going. Once I started creating and moving the completed baskets to another room, things started clearing out.

I do my basket description labels on a DYMO LabelWriter Machine, then I place that label on 4X6 photo paper. I print my circular price labe;s using my Cricut Machine in Cricut Design Space then I place the price label on the photo paper with the description label. I have hundreds of packs of 4X6 photo paper, so I'm using it up in any way I can. I hope this helps.

Wow! You are definitely on top of it. Are you going to sell any fresh flowers? Another suggestion is to pick up a few nice Mother’s Day cards from dollar tree and sell them for $3-$4 along side your baskets… thanks for sharing

Great minds think alike Ashley! I just asked my Son yesterday if we should have the flowers in vases or clear cellophane with a bow. I have an idea to keep them cool too. I plan to give a free rose and card to those spending over $100.

Yes, I did valentines day for the first time this year and people definitely wanted the cards. I'm going to get them for Mother's day too. I think I might do flowers too.

Yes, I made them in Cricut Design Space. I decided to put the content info and price on 4”x6” photo paper so I wouldn’t ruin the shrink wrap and where it can be removed by the Buyer before they gift it to the Recipient.

Yes the tags with the list of what's in the basket is VERY helpful. Win I made my diaper cakes I would put the list of everything in the cake because I had items hidden in each layer of the diapers.

Thank you! I don’t have an average I spend per basket. There is varying profit in every basket. I recommend you view many Videos on Gift Basket Design, Buying Inventory, Determining Profit, etc. before making a decision to sell for profit. Try LBE and Birthing Bosses with Felicia for guidance.
