Thanks I might do a glass vs PET bottle Experiment in the future! Used google translate for this: Спасибо Возможно, в будущем я проведу эксперимент со стеклом и ПЭТ-бутылкой!
Done a similar test with carbonation caps. 1 bottle was purged, one not. Didnt really notice any flavour difference when left in the bottle for about 7-8 days.. Maybe try leaving for 3-4 weeks
Thanks, this is not a skunk experiment. But I'll gladly do a skunk experiment another time. Will put it on the list. I did one week the last time so go and check out that one. It's in the playlist linked in the video description. I posted a poll on the community tab, you can vote there if you want. ua-cam.com/users/DrHansBrewerycommunity Cheers DrHans
I say: 4 weeks. But keep them protected from light. You want an Oxigen experiment, no light exposure experiment ;-) You might fill another 5 bottles the same way and put them into light...
2-4 weeks should do it. GJ doc.
Thanks!

Hi, great video, how often should the line be cleaned,if the bottles are filled 2-3 time a week? Tx.
I always at least rinse them with sanitizer after and before every new session
I'd wait 4-6 weeks if there isn't a clear difference after that time, we can call it done.

4 weeks should give you a good idea of the direction of travel for oxidisation.
Thanks, looking at the poll I posted about this. 4 weeks seams to be the winner. But I will also monitor the bottles.
Хороший эксперимент! Хотелось бы еще 1 бутылочку в стекло.
Thanks

Thank you!
Will there be a time-lapse? 🙂
Voted for more than 4 weeks. How about 8? If the purged bottles are still fine by then I'd call that a win for the iTap
Thanks, not a time-laps. But will document the colors if the bottles.
1 week or 2 weeks, should fill another one in the clear plastic bottle, and put it where sunshine can get at it for a couple of days or a week

I'd say 3 weeks-1 month

Will do a light experience meant in the future for sure.
Ahhhhh, throw out the bottles, to much mucking around, I've been kegging for over 15 years and never looked back
Totally agree but, I still want to bottle to give away.
A month.
Thanks!
