I had a stroke. Almost died. Week in the hospital. I Was a serious person, and some how collecting Batman entered my life. I can’t make sense of it. I built a hobby tool box and I buy broken figures and repair them and gave many away by putting them in church donation boxes. You can’t imagine the feeling of looking out your window and watching neighborhood kids play with their new one of a kind Batman you bought, repaired, and re painted, it’s a very good feeling.
I really enjoy that Hush figure. Its on my desk right now. DCUC only used like 3 body molds an I dont like the articulation on them very much but tbf for time they were pretty good and the library is unmatched.
DC multiverse is hit or miss, but their recent releases of classic wonder woman and flash for a justice league/super friends looks very good on a shelf. On the other hand, they have the sinestro figure which is highly detailed then comes classic Hal jordan with a very plain costume. then they have the JLA John Stewart with the costume details, which would have been a better look for Hal jordan. agree with the character design with the dc universe classics design being across the board. the way they always downplay superman leaves something to be desired as well, this is the guy who they call when doomsday or darkseid attack, He's basically their last resort and they give us this crappy figures with the bizarro body with the exception of the superman 1000 and the 2 pack with atomic skull. they should take points from Mafex in making a superman figure.
