Dude you literally just dropped the video that answered one of my burning questions. I want to recruit an experienced CFA to handle the legal, compliance, etc. but also take my Series 65 so I can charge a 2 percent management fee and give him 1.5% of it. Having software that takes most of the work out of it for him justifies me taking a percentage of that (combined with finding the deals and raising money of course), and guarantees me highly experienced guidance on the minutia of my fund as well as another set of eyes to analyze a deal's viability. Thanks man!

Great video, Thanks for the info. So a fund custodian is just the bank that holds the funds, and a fund administrator does all of the reporting, auditing etc. of the funds that the custodian is holding?
