The jockey in the video is Cliff Taylor, 89, who hung up his professional saddle in 1956 and was friends with Sir Gordon Richards who called him "The Smiler". But nearly everyone smiles in community focused Whiteley Village, which social science research has shown is the happiest place in Surrey. It's well worth a visit.
