Great, we had a really fun mini campign with my players and I was planning a new campgin, guess I will use this update now.
We played at the times of Fredrick the second as officers in the Prussian army fighting in the Silesian wars, we never expected historical roleplay to be so fun and for me a GM it was so easy to preaper sessions because there is a historical route that will not change a lot unless my players do something (they tried to coup Fredrick).
Are you accepting new players by any chance?

How much Homebrewing would i need to make a version of the American Frontier/Siberian Frontier?
As long as your game takes place between 1400-1875 it will be 100% compatible with Iron & Blood. The only caveat is that Iron & Blood doesn't include mounted combat rules yet so you may need to homebrew those until the Mounted Combat release in Alpha 3.0.

Could the Game be used for a pre 1400 game? Norman Conquest, Fourth Crusade, Rise of Islam, etc
Iron & Blood is designed with the years 1400-1875 in mind but it could certainly work in the medieval era. You would need to homebrew in a magic system, though.

Ran the dynamic character creation yesterday. It was a lot of fun, only real 'complaint' is, it feels like there should be more negatives other than outright death. I decided to use the partial success rule and then used the life events table to decide what negatives they got, and that was pretty fun. Led to things like, a character being so bad at speaking Italian his italian wife left him.
I like the concept of dying in character creation, but in practice it can be difficult to juggle it as a dm trying to help everyone make their character together. If I was making a character on my own to bring to a game that would be different.
Other than that, I was actually surprised at how fun character creation was for everything. I sort of just sprang this on my ttrpg players out of the blue and they had a really good time regardless. So far this is the system (other than 5e) which my players have enjoyed the most.
The game is next Wednesday, and the party seems to be interested in killing Christopher Columbus. I'll leave a comment on this comment explaining how that goes, for anyone actually interested.

It's a TTRPG. You can tell by the d numbers, which mean dice. 5d10+5 means: roll five, 10 sided dice. Sum the five numbers you roll together, then add 5.
6d10+6 means: roll six, 10 sided dice. Sum the six numbers you roll together, then add 6.
