what is the difference between this and the rear exit version is one louder ? flow ? im not sure which one to get... i dont like the idea of cutting a hole in my ski so is it it reall worth it over this one
Damnit, why did your exhaust nut come off so easily? I took he screw out of mine and it's still stuck. I don't own a big enough channel lock to get on this thing... So annoying how things done work out so easy in the real world.
Yea I was gonna do the R&D exhaust for mine because the R&D uses the stock hose at the top of the water box and I think I would have enough clearance since the hose comes down.
Improved performance & reduced back pressure. Mandrel bent aluminum tubing is powder coated to prevent corrosion. Aluminum construction and high temp silicon couplers hold up to backfires & overheats. Fits both 2 & 3 passenger Sea-Doo Spark models.
Is just the double sided tape enough to keep water out of that exhaust outlet? Any need for silicone?

classic74cars I definitely feel all Sparks should get a tune because they respond so well to it. However it isn't a requirement even with exhaust

Noticed something, the pipe does (or is) close to the top deck. Any issues of the hot exhaust touching plastic?
trd24mr2 oem exhaust is plastic. Once it leaves the water box it is cool enough to not melt it.

They can only void the warranty on parts deemed to be effected by the modification. IE; and exhaust wouldn't cause the dash to fail

What size is the exhaust pipe in the exhaust kit?
Having trouble undoing the retaining nut from the rear. Does it just unscrew? Or do you need a tool to take it off. Thanks
There is a bolt holding it in place

Not really...just as reliable and only really increases the sound of the exhaust. We haven't had any issues or seen any downsides.
Is it possible to install this riva exhaust with just the green back piece of the ski off instead of the whole top deck?
I haven't done it that way, but it seems like it should as long as you can get enough clearance over the waterbox

Sounds like a plan. Don't be afraid of taking the top deck off though...can be a good time to clean up the block and silicone spray it down.
