Good insight! But the people who know what it means to grease their hands and shirts will enjoy it more than the tip top business class. Therefore it might not be an all suitable content.
@Davio541 The nose cone and instrumentation get installed together typically, then they ship it off to the manufacturer, IE Bombardier, Boeing, Airbus, etc...
i work on these type aircraft for a living and love how they are towing them around without the lower cowl installed=shorts brothers, the mfr says that the lower cowl is primary structure and must be in place before towing to prevent damage to the cowl spine=bombardier scews up again
@EatMyPropwash Actually instrumentation generally goes in after major structural work is done. The flight compartment you see being loaded here is essentially empty in that regard.
Bombardier (who own short brothers ) are the manufacturer of the Nacelle. I've emailed bombardier in response to this issue. I'll post when they reply, but I doubt they would risk damage to yet undelivered airframe, by improperly handling parts they engineered. But then again, it was Boeing techs. who were ultimately responsible for Japan Airlines Flight 123
@earniemanson My guess would be liability. Do it carefully and it's okay, but take it across a cow field and there'll be trouble. You didn't warn me about that! McDonald's didn't warn someone that coffee was hot. BTW I really don't like Bombardier for personal reasons but they do make a decent product.
+Nihaz U shut up I am sure u are an MUSLIM COZ U CANT SEE INDIA DEVELOPE WITH SO MANY AIRLINES....AND U Pakistanis only have 2 Airlines....AMD that too with a worst rating (SKYTRAX)
They should make these kind of videos available at airports and onboard all planes. It'll be entertaining to watch. At least it will be for me.
George TP you are right

Nice BGM ☺
any responce to my question would be nice=you "ARE NOT TO TOW A Q400" WITHOUTH THE LOWER COWL AS IT IS PRIMARY STRUCTURE TO THE NACELLE
If only it was as easy as it looks!!!
it is probaby why the lower cowl is such a pain in the ass to remove when we have to do it because the structure has been tweaked
SpiceJet or SpiceTurboProp..?

Make as easy tutorial plane
Made in US or Europe not India. India must make its own aircraft. If ISRO can make spaceflight why not aircraft?
areeee ye to to munna h munna
This is excellent q400 making but vistara is model is a320 it is dream liner cargo plane but making q400 which cargo plane ??
Don't understand
The
Spice jet does not manufacture aircraft. It's from Bombardier. No Indian company makes passenger aircraft.
Are you mad AIR INDIA , INDIGO MAKE THEIR OWN AIRCRAFT IN THE COUNTRY ITSELF
AVS Knowledge World are you mad?
Air India and Indigo uses Boeing and Airbus aircrafts
