bruh NOBODY on this earth, even the owner, didn't see THAT team flipping like that. a team that went 4 times in like 20 years to the playoffs, DC's intro press conference talking about eating knee caps lol....even if you are not a fan of the lions. i think nobody will be sad just for one man, Dan Campbell. a lovely giant. the man cries after every loss for his players and you know that he can eat you up while crying, he cries because he is a real warrior/mentor. dude trains with them, i still can not believe i am talking about the lions being a top 3/5 team LEGIT. DC is the man
Bruh Campbell is the ultimate gambler, just less than 2 weeks ago they were saying they like him for doing it and having trust in his team, now the question is, is he doing it too much? He will always gamble sometimes it don’t work out.
I feel like this season should be a wake up call for almost all teams out there. Injuries is one of the top 3 factors for your road to the superbowl. It's not talked about enough and yet you clearly see teams like the 49ers, Detroit, Houston and more tail slide because of it. The key question is how do you fix it? The Eagles are coming in at the perfect time with all their healthy pieces. Do you focus on making sure your star players are healthy come playoff time? Or do you focus on having so many star players that if one drops, another one can back them up?
To be fair the defense gave him no choice but to try for an onside kick, its just unfortunate that hollins not only recovered the ball but took it all the way down to the 3 yard line
But if Siriani gambles on 4th downs and 2 point conversions he’s a clueless coach. They move the goalpost for Dan. That decision was worse than anything Siriani has done this season
It really wasn’t. They couldn’t stop them so why not try and steal a possession. The media is too hard on Siriani but if you don’t see the logic behind the decision then you’re bias
Lol Aaron Glenn has to come up with a better defensive scheme not just play man to man against Josh Allen. The Lions need to play zone defense against the Bills they need to mix it up defensively. This was a good learning experience for the Lions this late in the season. They know what they have to do now.
No one tell me that onside kick wasn’t stupid. There is a difference between begin aggressive and reckless. Yesterday DC was reckless and it burned him. Just plain reckless and not necessary
Bills domination!! 35-14 Bills released acceleration and Bass missed FG that series gave Lions a breathing room. And like usual, I can’t stand on Shannon!!
Dfence is all banged up. D can’t hold off Allen let’s get the ball back quick as possible.AG doesn’t have good pieces at all.. it’s a mess heading into the bowl. Dfence has to pick up the mess. Offense showed up a little late aswell. Foot on the pedal… can’t stop being aggressive.
Their SB hopes are going to be taken affected by how much gamble Campbell makes. If it works, then it's a genius move. If it doesn't work, then it's a chokejob
5:36 SAS kill me hyping up the white quarter back but diminishing what L Jack did bc it’s the giants BUT HE WAS JUST HYPING UP JOSH ALLEN FOR BEATING RAMS AND 49er WHO BOTH HAVE TERRIBLE RECORDS and won’t make playoffs
“It is what it is” This is not good enough this was essentially a Super Bowl preview game and what transpired yesterday was a total disaster and absolutely disgraceful there was only so much that Goff could do when the defense was literally non existent.
When do we consider that Dan Campbell might be too greedy and, frankly, stupid to guide a team to the Superbowl? I am so sick of him getting passes for his routinely stupid decisions.
What I want to know is why the Bills weren't flagged for an unsportsman penalty when their receiver made a catch and made a pistol with his hand and moved it up and down twice as if to shoot the defender laying on the ground? My memory thinks it was in the third quarter and the Bills receiver made about a thirty yard catch on the left side on third down. Referees totally ignored it. I thought that the NFL wanted to send a message against violence? Even the camera man must have thought so because he/she immediately turned the camera. Silence from the announcers.
I agree with Shannon...we celebrate people for taking chances in life when they succeed, but we condemn those same people for taking chances when they fail...AT THE END OF THE DAY, I COMMEND DAN CAMPBELL FOR STAYING TRUE TO HE IS...AT HEART, HE'S A RIVERBOAT GAMBLER...TOUCHE' MY BROTHA.👏👍
This sucks. Philly gettin healthy at the right time, Motown gettin banged up at the wrong time (the entire season). There was a window where there was a big chance and we closed it on ourselves
Think about it. The lions couldn’t stop a cold yesterday. If the bills were gonna score regardless it’s better to have them do it in one minute than 5 minutes and give your team more time to come back😂😂
What does Lamar do that is different from Dak Prescott? Stat padding against bad teams and when it matters most he fails. Allen is clearly the MVP and the better QB
Bills defense looks terrible, can say they had 3 starters in the secondary out but that wasn’t the case last week and same thing happened. Gonna have to clean it up, can’t count on josh to put up 50 every game
Im with stephen A on this i didnt like it at first but after the game I thought about it more and our Defense couldn't stop a breeze the whole game. He was trying to get the ball back
These teams with true running threats at QB are almost unstoppable offensively if used correctly. It makes the game a true 11v11 instead of 10v11 with a traditional non-running threat at QB because it forces defenses to commit at least 1 extra defender to account for the run threat and disrupts defensive keys. But here’s the thing: YOU HAVE TO MAKE TEAMS RESPECT THE RUN ABILITY by having the QB run. JA will likely get MVP but if you atched BAL yesterday you would’ve saw they got back to their truth and had NYG all over the place defensively because they were accounting for LJ running it every play. I think the best teams are PHI BUF and BAL because they have the best running QBs. Edge to PHI and BAL because they have SB abs DH to benefit the most.
Way too much time was on the clock to try an onside kick. It was foolhardy. Maybe Buffalo commits a penalty. Maybe there is a turnover. Maybe your defense causes a turnover. Maybe someone misses a block or drops a pass. This is the part of Dan Campbell being a gambler that I believe will cost the Detroit Lions a Super Bowl appearance or an SB victory. When you gamble and it works, you're a genius. When you gamble and it doesn't work, you're an idiot. The onside kick with 12 minutes to go in the game was idiocy. With the old onside kick rules, maybe acceptable. Now that you have to declare an onside kick, foolishness.
0:30 "here is Dan Campbell on the onside kick....." "Ummm.....The Bills were unstoppable. I couldn't figure out if it was Josh Allen at QB or Thanos. I thought I saw him snap his finger a few times. So I grabbed my power stone and saw into the future. I saw a million different outcomes. But only one where we win. For the remainder of the game, 12 minutes left, we have to keep the ball out of Josh Allen's hands. It's the only way. I'm talking 7 onside kicks in a row."
Detroit needs to look into their artificial turf. There has to be a reason that so many are injured on a single team. Maybe their playing field is not very accommodating to prevent injury.
People need to actually learn instead of looking at the results 🤣 listen to his responses. it didn't work out but gives positive reinforcement to his players in at the podium. Players will see that and not only keep their confidences up but motivate them to execute the next time it is called.

I cant believe Mack Hollins turned himself into a player. He was on the Eagles 2017 Superbowl team mainly as a back up special teams
Everyone is forgetting the Bills were injured on defense as well. Not just Detroit's, who does have a great team, and they are my 2nd favorite team. But please media and all others, remember the last 2 weeks the Bills have injuries on D as well
Nobody mentioning that if you fail an onside kick the ball is usually near the 50 and not the 5. Giving the Bills the ball on the 50 vs the 30 isn't that big a difference.
nobody mentioning that onside kicks fail at a 93% rate, and that the Bills punt on way more than 7% of their drives..... so you wanna talk about "usually"? usually a coach recognizes how stupid it is to make a 7% risk in a situation that doesn't call for it whatsoever, and we literally just saw a week or two ago someone else return an onside for a TD so you can't play the "well nobody would have expected something to go wrong with an onside kick attempt" excuse.... it was DUMB no matter how hard people wanna pretend it isn't
@@mattcarberry368 , what was the Bill's punt percentage yesterday? They punted 1 time. Your own stats defeat your argument. The beat-up defense couldn't get a stop.
@keithdixson4837 bills was hurt to n who knows if they going to get a stop it was a stupid call I'm a lions fan. A coach has to know what happens if you don't get it. That's a low percentage the numbers go to let the defense try to get a stop u never know. He thought he was gone get it never realizes if he don't
"Look at the cahoonas on this young man," shannon is unintentionally funny.😂😂😂😂😂
The crazy thing about Dan Gamble I mean Campbell is that he’s going to take some risk that might cost them a shot at a Super Bowl, but they wouldn’t be there without him. The way he changed the culture. I guess you take the good with the bad.
The coaches decisions orchestrated 11 Str8 wins
What studio are they in Vegas
Been a Bills fan my whole life!! watched 4 superbowl losses ina row, watched the Pats beat us every yr...now its our turn!! BILLS VS EAGLES SB!!
bruh NOBODY on this earth, even the owner, didn't see THAT team flipping like that. a team that went 4 times in like 20 years to the playoffs, DC's intro press conference talking about eating knee caps lol....even if you are not a fan of the lions. i think nobody will be sad just for one man, Dan Campbell. a lovely giant. the man cries after every loss for his players and you know that he can eat you up while crying, he cries because he is a real warrior/mentor. dude trains with them, i still can not believe i am talking about the lions being a top 3/5 team LEGIT. DC is the man
Bruh Campbell is the ultimate gambler, just less than 2 weeks ago they were saying they like him for doing it and having trust in his team, now the question is, is he doing it too much? He will always gamble sometimes it don’t work out.
Shannon w the Ocho reference on TV I love it 😂
Philly isn’t a better team than a healthy Detroit team
To bad there won't be a healthy Detroit team until next season
To be honest, They weren't making the Bills punt, so an onside kick was their best play. Josh Allen would've eaten about 7 minutes of that clock
But if Siriani gambles on 4th downs and 2 point conversions he’s a clueless coach. They move the goalpost for Dan. That decision was worse than anything Siriani has done this season
lol Dan must have a great PR team they really hate Nick cause they hate his attitude which is funny because at least he been to a superbowl already
It really wasn’t. They couldn’t stop them so why not try and steal a possession. The media is too hard on Siriani but if you don’t see the logic behind the decision then you’re bias
Lions injuries are just insane at this point.
He would have been better just to go for it on the 4th down verses the onside kick that has to be announced.
IMO this game helped Goffs chances in the MVP debate
Throwing five tds and almost 500 yards is incredible. He played his heart out.
@ I agree. Everyone is riding the bulls coattails rn but in reality they should be worried. 88 points have been scored on them the last 2 games.
Lol Aaron Glenn has to come up with a better defensive scheme not just play man to man against Josh Allen. The Lions need to play zone defense against the Bills they need to mix it up defensively. This was a good learning experience for the Lions this late in the season. They know what they have to do now.
I’ve been saying this for the whole season. Dan campbell acts like it’s going to work everytime.
Yay now the Lions are being doubted again.. less go! It will only fuel them
No one mentioning how weak the Bills defense is they allow 40 plus in back to back games
What unc say “don’t accept nothing in a win you would in a lost” gambling will go wrong at some point lol
SAS took the red V off of an old Thriller jacket!!!😂😂😂
He swears he’s Michael Jackson.
Campbell thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room. That will be his downfall
Guess the "big cojones" shriveled up this game😂 lmao post-season preview
studio looks pretty slick today.
Right now Philadelphia and Buffalo are the best 2 teams in the NFL.
What's that got to do with ANYTHING?! smh
“It is what it is” This is not good enough this was essentially a Super Bowl preview game and what transpired yesterday was a total disaster and absolutely disgraceful there was only so much that Goff could do when the defense was literally non existent.
Go Lions!!
They in Vegas ?
When do we consider that Dan Campbell might be too greedy and, frankly, stupid to guide a team to the Superbowl? I am so sick of him getting passes for his routinely stupid decisions.
1. Buffalo scores and takes a lot of time OR
2. Buffalo scores fast and we get the ball back
Don’t know why this is a story
I need to see this rematch in the Superbowl
It’s was risky play but it’s not like the lions lost but 40. They still made it a close game. Both team defense isn’t good so big numbers is needed.
This sucks. Philly gettin healthy at the right time, Motown gettin banged up at the wrong time (the entire season). There was a window where there was a big chance and we closed it on ourselves
Think about it. The lions couldn’t stop a cold yesterday. If the bills were gonna score regardless it’s better to have them do it in one minute than 5 minutes and give your team more time to come back😂😂
The new set up nice
What does Lamar do that is different from Dak Prescott? Stat padding against bad teams and when it matters most he fails. Allen is clearly the MVP and the better QB
Bills defense looks terrible, can say they had 3 starters in the secondary out but that wasn’t the case last week and same thing happened. Gonna have to clean it up, can’t count on josh to put up 50 every game
Dan sometimes seems reckless….. the players risk a lot playing for this team.
Buffalos' defense might be just as banged up. Both safeties, 2 or 3 corners , pro-bowl milano, 2 dts all injured.
Lions had only 3 starters playing on defense. Almost 50% of their team on IR
That’s rough luck
The new onside rule suckz no surprise nobody no more 😮
Im with stephen A on this i didnt like it at first but after the game I thought about it more and our Defense couldn't stop a breeze the whole game. He was trying to get the ball back
We couldn’t stop the Bills Josh Allen did whatever he wanted
He doesn’t gamble too much but he does gamble often in the wrong situations
Just breeze by that defense giving up 80 in 2 games lol
I’m hip The Media Love Hyping up The Bills like they don’t have problems themselves No Team has won a Super Bowl having Shoot out every Week lol
hyping up goal line tds is crazy
ESPN better not let Shay do a segment remote again give him his own Pj.
0:30 "here is Dan Campbell on the onside kick....."
"Ummm.....The Bills were unstoppable.
Unc stole Ocho line about Campbell wheel barrel analogy 😭
Wheel barrel and brass 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
