here is the top 5 problems of hornet 160r serially. their is many problem but not bigger. its miner problem that every rider faces during ride the bike.
Bhai i own 2017 hornet , 1) hornet me neeche hai to ekdum perfect hai wo kabhi jaam nahi hoga baki bike ki tarah hunk karizma unicorn inka choke cable uper side hai wo bahut jaam hota hai, 2) chanin noise ke liye 80w90 gear oil used karo scooty gear oil market me easly available hai. 3) engine kill switch mene khud lagaya hai aap bhi easy install kar sakte ho 4) milage me honret sab se acchi hai 160cc me
Use motul 300v fully synthetic engine oil with Easter core patented technology which is made in France and mostly used in high end bikes. Use correct engine grade oil mentioned as per your bike user manual. Don't forget to tighten your bike chain and apply bike chain spray after every three weeks.

a real biker automatically get understand that when to shift the gear instead of looking at the gear indicator and most pioneer bike brand doesn't give the digital visual indicator for gear and thats only for to reduce accident, about a little percentage ,cz visual clash occurs in brain while thinking or calculating of upcoming vision on the street, although most chaina bike or local bike have the indicator for gear
All bs4 model are roller chains have this fast slack problem. Replace o ring chain of 2019 model hornet same fitment and no slackness and maximum life for chain

No.1 kill switch aap bahar se 100 rupya mein lagva sakte hain .No 2 hornet new edition ka sild chain lagvaye noise problem solve. No 3 bike seat Jahan per lagte Hain andar mein vahan per do metal clip hai thoda sa bend kar lijiye seat aapka tight ho jaega. No 4 gadi ke motion se pata chal jata hai gadi kaun se gear per hai.No.5 gadi ka chowk thandi ka Mausam mein use Kiya jata hai har time nahin.
I'll fix my chain problem with change my chain to O Ring chain and it's fix. After I m not facing chain loose problem. You can also change with update hornet chainset it's come with Oring chain set
Jo hai usme problem batao. Jo nahi hai wo kudpe depend karta hai. Chain abhi 2018 model main solve ho gaya. I have that 2018 model. No problems at all. Baas headlight or thoda accha hota to?
Hornet ka engine doosre bikes yamaha, ya bajaj ke jaisa smooth nhi hai,ye ager 6 geat ka hota to accha hota, 5 gear me bike chalane pe bhi lagta hai jaise awer 1 gear baki hai.

Beta i own abs hornet from last 1 year, company shifted to o rings chain in new model ....no chain noise, 2.gear position indicator, bhai jugement ke baad juarrurat nahi hai. 3.choke.kya hum choke roj lagate hai? 4.bhai hornet kai jo highway stability handling aur cornring hai vo is seg me kisike pas nahi(mainting fuel economy 53km/lit)
@@a.ksingh2244 use synthetic oil which is Honda Throttle will cost you around 630 rs. Do service after every 5 months or after 2500km driven. Wash regularly after 20 days. Hope this will increase ur bikes mileage.
