Boudleaux Bryant song. He was a distant cousin to my wife. He claimed her mother, Mildred Bryant, but Millie (as we knew her) said they weren't related. Both were from around Shellman, Georgia. I believe he was around Dawson as a youngster and she was from Shellman and raised around Cuthbert?
This is one of if not the best versions I've heard.

Terry Beaud - totally agree, Terry! It’s a difficult song to keep up with! My only suggestion would be to add the 3rd vocal harmony part to the refrain (starts on the key sig.’s 4th above the Root tone) Keep up the good work, you guys!
