- In this Mother’s Day Candy Jar Diy, I show how I take glass jars and candleholders from the Dollar Tree and spray paint them. Next I add flowers from the Dollar Tree to make a beautiful custom candy jar for Mother’s Day. This would make a beautiful Mother’s Day gift.

Love this idea. Always looking for new ways to display my seashells. This idea is perfect ! Base and lid colors can match my decor. And the top can be decorated with shells and pearls ! I cannot wait to do this !!! Thanks again !!!

I love these. And the color is perfect. It would go with any color scheme. Of course now I won’t be able to find the jars, but if not I’ll see if there’s a substitute. Or I will keep my eyes open and make later. I know my mom would love these if she were still with us. I hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day.

After the candy is eaten I would put an led candle, sitting in some colored sand, or on top of tiny colored stones, in it and use it all year. I love it and the uses for these are endless.
