Can anyone tell me How to use reverse paradigm? I want to use two of three roles only without medic role
Just remove Lightning's Cure / Cura braveries and you won't need Reverse Paradigm. By removing Cure and Cura, you remove the Medic role.

Equip "Free Air Dash", instead of Reverse Air Dash.
