Most likely, I haven't tried but it turns orange because of the alkaline sodium hydroxide so maybe if I acidified the pigment it would turn back but I would have to try it out.

It’s toxic because of both Pb and Cr(VI).

No that wouldn't be a good idea. Lead Chromate is a rather toxic pigments and I would avoid direct exposure to these kind of pigments.
