We worthship the Buddhist because we respect of his achievment of kindness.. you can not ask any Buddha to bless you. They can only teach you to do good deeds so that you can improve your karma and even become enlightment.
It’s so sad people don’t really understand the real buddhism which is theravadha. Impermanence is a deep subject which only fewer people in this world will understand. This is a little part of impermanence buddha talked about. If you look at anything in this world. It could be materials or imaginations, concepts literally anything. And if you know the name or what they are. Isn’t it something you learned by someone? When you look at something that picture your eyes create don’t tell you what that is. Your mind says to yourself what your mind has learned. As an little example when you’re a little your mom or dad told you that’s a dog. Until then you just saw a picture that means nothing to you. Then when your mind starts to learn, you ask from everyone what you see around you. And you still do it. You see or hear something, you’re gonna create a meaning to what you saw or heard to yourself. What you see, hear and feel are your world. Until you have those senses you’ll build a world for yourself. You’ll add a meaning to it to. There’s no point of searching the start of the universe and the end of the of the universe. What you see and hear has a limitation to. What you hear is 20Hz to 20000Hz, what you see is between 380 740 nanometers. So doesn’t that mean there are things you can’t hear in this world like in the range above 20000Hz? Doesn’t that mean there are colours you never saw in the range of above 740Nm or below 380Nm? So that’s why lord buddha never talked about the start of an universe. What we now perceive clearly in terms of modern art would've been incomprehensible in the 19th century and we in turn often fail to understand cave murals and other forms of ancient art.
What we depict is not what *is* but what being appears to us.

Knowing the limitations of seeing and hearing that opens up the world of seeing and hearing beyond those limitations. Knowing the limitations of seeing and hearing compare that to the now, we know there was a past and there is a future, we have the personal responsibility to take the future and our intentions into account how we live in the now. The past is there for reference only. It’s so said people … is a judgment no observation.

Buddhism teaches you that you are in control in the sense that all RESPONSIBILITY of your own behavior and actions is on your own self. Not on any god. That in no way puts god aside as a result. Instead, whether a god exists or does not exist does not matter. What matters is that your actions and behavior should actually be the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of your own self. You shouldn’t instead be seeking salvation from your mistakes in a god. Or assigning responsibility for your actions to god. Because you are the sole being in control of your actions and behavior, not anybody else. In other words, live life compassionately. You then are responsible for mere compassion. What if there turns out to be no god? Doesn’t matter, you lived a good life and were able to as a result live it peacefully with your own self. What if there is a god? Still doesn’t matter. If you lived life the Buddha way of not hurting even a fly, I can hardly imagine god would then punish you for it. Buddhism does not claim there is or there isn’t a god. Buddhism claims that it does not matter, for YOU are what you reap. You decide what that is. You decide if you are going to be living a hell or not, by your own actions. Not god. That’s precisely how it should be, no? God kind of gave you the freedom of thought and choice to be consequently responsible for your own actions. Not so that you can make all the wrong choices and then leave it all up to god. You’re the one riding that train off a cliff if that’s the case, not God.
Well said, however you miss the possibility of hypnosis and possession where the person represents not their own thoughts but acts like a pupped maybe a programmed robot. I have problems working out my responsibility is such case.
Those are myths. People’s mental stability is what leads them down the gutter of all sorts of wicked stuff. Mass school shooters aren’t possessed, they have instead incubated themselves into a mental maze that justified their own acts to their own self as a “just deed.” And they were capable of reaching such a level of a mental mess at their own doing… it takes a long to get there, it doesn’t happen over night. People claiming possession are mentally unstable and seeking to avert responsibility. There is no such thing as possession. And similarly, hypnosis is also full of it.

I'm a Mahayanan Buddhist myself and yes the Boddhisattvas are treated specially and we view the Cosmos as benevolent working for our Realisation. But the misconception here is the fact that Boddhisattvas are worshiped mainly for their Favour and their blessing when in actuality, at least in my experience, we collectively want to be more like them. We have a goal to aspire to, not to cling to mind you, but to reach. Like a hero. You dont worship your heroes, yes, you hope sometimes they can help you, but they are outside beings to live up to.
Worship implies that our main purpose in life is to follow them when the main goal in Buddhism is to release from want. They do not reward us for our worship with heaven but they can teach us something. Each path to Enlightenment is highly specified, our institutions are simply there to form a vague outline, but at the end of the day, in Buddhism we are our own salvations.

You give your opinion, your point of view. Your point of view is neither worst, neither better than others points of view. Your point of viewv is neither the true, neither the false, it is YOUR point of view.

Buddhism is a religion most fitting for mentally and spiritually mature people who are willing to take the wheel and steer their own lives.
Buddha had once said in exasperation looking at the extreme distress of beings having to go through in life, " Who was that wicked God who created this imperfect life, full of sufferings ?".
His words succinctly & euphemistically implied the truth that there was no all-powerful creator of life. Yet, Buddha has acknowledged the existence of gods at several graded levels.
Those gods attained their status only after performing good deeds eschewing bad deeds. Buddha had added further that even gods were bound to be reborn in a cycle of births & deaths.
If gods were to be reborn as lesser mortals, what binds them to this life ? That is exactly what Buddha cryptically said - desire & attachments to life . That binds them to the never-ending cycle of births & deaths in a continuum.
Then the next question arises as to how Buddha & his monks (who had attained the status of arahats) break this cycle of birth & and death & attain the status of Nirvana.
That was by giving up desire of & detachment from everything in absolute sense by living their life just as a droplet on the lotus leaf, which is neither attached nor detached from the leaf but ever ready to fall & evoperate into its elements.
That was how Buddha answered a questioner as to what would happen to him after his Nirvana. Buddha explained his death in allusion to a simple incidence happening every day in life.
Just as fire would get extinguished & disappear into its basic elements, all five elements of his being would, on death, separate by themselves & disappear into their basic elements without the bonding agent- that is Karma.
Coming to the core of existence our repeat birth & death is caused by our own Karma good or bad which when comes to nil, then that would be the end of our own life for ever.
How could we attain that particular level ? Buddha had given us the 8- fold path to follow after being aware of 4 - noble truths of this life.
Buddha had expressed a word of caution for this. He could be only a guide & it was upto the each individual to tread the 8- fold path in life on his own & achieve Nirvana by himself alone.
This was the advice Buddha gave to his grieving monks before his Maha parinirvana @ Kushi Nagar ( U.P - India) & exhorted his monks to strive by themselves without dependence on any outside agency ( god) & attain nirvana.

Is there a forgiveness of previous bad karma so I can start all over? For example: Christianity you can accept Jesus and be born again and in Islam you simply repent and ask Allah for forgiveness and you have a new start. You can repent the last day of your life and be forgiven.

Frankly, these human religions might differ in general beliefs and practices but the core seems the same. Buddhism says it has no heaven but where are the buddhas and Cosmic Buddhas now? Where do you go when you defeat the final boss: Sam? If you behave you collect karma really reminds me of what the priests would say to me as a kid when I would confess the Sin of saying a swear word or that I killed an ant ( ants, flies and microbes ruin our karma!). A bad beast karma is, but I guess when it was invented mankind didn't knew that microbes existed and other invisible to the naked eye creatures. But then I guess there's the super anthropologic idea of hierarchy of creatures and insects are lowlife creatures so not much bad karma is gained by just moving and breathing...

It seems to me like Buddhism is nothing but a bunch of spiritual philosophy we're certain philosophies or ideas seem to be represented by deities or images and although I will admit that there are some truth the Theology of Buddhism it doesn't do justice in explaining the way this world is for example where do they get the idea of rebirth if things truly were being reborn then there would never be an increase things would always remain constant. And in the winter things go to sleep and in the spring nature wakes up again it does not die and then is Reborn. And the whole thing with Karma I feel the concept is flawed evil seems to get people far in life as long as you know how to do evil wisely in this world. And not only that how can you believe the universe is conspiring to do you good when that's not true by observation standpoint it's a lot easier to see bad energy AKA evil then good energy if anyone has eyes to see you would notice that a lot of people putting out bad energy gets good energy and the people who tend to suffer the most or those who put out the good energy also known as pretty decent and good people tend to get the short end of the stick in this world because as the Bible says the Prince of Darkness rules this world but only for a Time

Karma is basicaly about doing good things to recieve good thing. And it makes this belief selfish for you do things for yourself. Egoism in other words. It judges you for stealing but what somebody is hungry and nobody gives him anything to so he would steel and he would share what he stole because free bread and knows what is like to be hungry? Since when is doing drugs affecting karma? Does eating affect it? It is still consuming something to make you good to gain energy. Are you buddhists not eating? Why judge people for consuming something they need? That is hipocrisy.

of you struggling with the concept of the existence of a CREATOR GOD and
who do not want it rammed down your throat with the BLIND FAITH
approach of religious fanatics, perhaps this logical line of reasoning
will help you make a more informed decision…one not based solely on
blind faith alone but based also on the FACTS and the evidence that we
do SEE.
Speaking as a TRIAL LAWYER of thirty years and
accustomed to always relying upon the BEST EVIDENCE, and speaking as an

and against the existence of a CREATOR GOD for many years and from the

observations, and borrowing an expression from my thirty years as a
trial lawyer, I came to the conclusion that;
From the
PREPONDERANCE OF PROOF and on the BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES, it is much
more LOGICAL to conclude that our DESIGN OF LIFE is the work of a
CREATOR GOD or an INTELLIGENT DESIGNER and the product of an INTENTIONAL
design rather then just the result of RANDOM chance and the mere
passage of time.
For example, when you examine our INNATE IMMUNE
SYSTEM, one of TWO such systems that we have, the other being the
ADAPTIVE immune system, you learn that it takes on average twenty (20)
separate and distinct chronological chemical steps, executed in perfect
SEQUENCE, to illicit even one immune response. If a major system, like
the LYMPH system fails to eliminate lymph fluid in its normal way, it is
backed up by a hidden fail-safe system which we are not even aware of
and which will kick in and allows LYMPH to excrete through the skin.
Recently
we discovered another program hidden in our DNA which we were unaware
of whereby the body cleanses itself of pathogens and even cancer cells
when we go through an extended FAST. This has been dubbed AUTOPHAGY, it

Just look at an anatomy chart of the structure of our
MUSCULAR system. You have multiple over-lapping layers of muscles
criss-crossing at different levels and at different angles, each pulling
in different directions and having a specific action and a role in
movement. I want some evolution theorists to explain how the
SUPRA-SPINATUS muscle developed according to the principles of
conventional “ evolution theory”…evolution theory is sheer and utter
NONSENSE.
It makes no sense that such a complex DESIGN OF LIFE is
merely the result of RANDOM CHANCE. If you said this about any other
manifestly magnificent design structure… you would be called BRAIN DEAD.
The
evolutionists’ THEORY about random chance acting over long periods of
time, which is still an UNPROVEN theory, is as ridiculous as the
suggestion that if you put a bunch of monkeys in a room with typewriters
long enough then eventually, over a long enough period of time, they
would also produce the complete works of SHAKESPEARE !
What do
the “evolution” theorists want us to believe? That a bolt of lightening
hit a primitive pile of doo-doo four billion years ago…and
BINGO…eventually here we are? This is patent NONSENSE and violates plain
COMMON SENSE. The MAIN arguments in the theory of EVOLUTION are so
fragile and tortured that they can be dismissed with numerous arguments,
but this following simple argument is more than enough;
If
EVOLUTION alone explains our existence then how come APES are still
swinging in the trees? There is no valid or convincing answer for this
FLAGRANT CONTRADICTION within that “ theory ”. Saying that we “ split “
off from a common ancestor would still not explain why the other ape
line did not build skyscrapers before we did.
As President Lyndon B. Johnson once said;
“ You cannot SUCK and BLOW at the same time”.
Either
we “evolved” from the more primitive APES or we did not. The fact that
APES still exist or that they did not build skyscrapers before we
did…cannot be explained by this theory. There are MANY, many more such
contradictions, caveats and exceptions pitched by this unfounded theory
of evolution but this is enough by itself to discredit it.
Finally, my overall message is that;
We
are no longer primitive camel drivers or sheep herders and we can
accept the possibility and probability that the CREATOR GOD is an
actual, real and physical being in whose “ image we were made “, as it
says, and not just some imaginary, intangible or mystical entity.
GOD’S GREAT DESIGN OF LIFE SHOULD NOT BE INTERFERED WITH
One
of the main consequences of this perspective about the origins of our
design of life being the work of a CREATOR GOD or INTELLIGENT DESIGNER
is that mankind should reconsider the way the mainstream medical
community deals with catastrophic illnesses and cancer and the
constantly newly emerging pathogens like the COVID-19 virus which has
baffled the medical community and paralyzed the entire planet. The
obsession with toxic drugs, burning radiation and slashing surgery is a
flagrant and INEFFECTIVE failure. We should consider looking for a new
and paradigm shift in the way we deal with these diseases and try to
explore new ALTERNATIVE sciences which do not interfere with some of the
very elements of this design of life that GOD gave us to protect us and
eventually look for ways which just provide it with a little help it
needs to work at it’s optimal potential.
It is mankind’s divine
duty and privilege to try to find better ways to deal with these
illnesses and cancer and pathogens, like these new viruses, and stop
what I call the WANTON SLAUGHTER of so many of GOD’s children of all
ages where millions of people die every year because of the current
primitive state of knowledge about this design and methods which
interfere with it, which should be an embarrassment to our medical
community.
One such non-intrusive and non-toxic ALT science is
that of DR. RAYMOND ROYAL RIFE who back in the 1930’s cured many
diseases and killed numerous pathogens and virus using only RADIO
FREQUENCY to destroy them. His methods were proven so obviously
effective in a controlled clinical trial at USC in 1934 where he cured
16 out of 16 terminally ill patients, 14 with Cancer and 2 with
Tuberculosis, that the A.M.A tried to buy shares in his company. When
RIFE refused, the A.M.A. banned his method, and prosecuted doctors using
it. Unlike other wild and unproven “ conspiracy “ theories about
suppressed secret CURES, these groups ended up in a COURT battle where
all of this evidence is a matter of public record.
Efforts to
revive the science of RIFE and his methods have failed to date because
they have not EXACTLY duplicated his ORIGINAL work and have not used his
original killer frequencies or the other elements of his treatment
protocol. This is what we should be exploring along with various forms
of OXYGEN therapy, WHICH have also been proven effective…which is an
initiative which I am relentlessly working on trying to make into a
reality as my way of trying to serve the CREATOR GOD.

accept the LOGICAL conclusion of the existence of a CREATOR GOD…and if

There can only be one truth and one god. When Buddhist tell you you can keep your religion. That’s not true because Christianity is not a religion it is ordained by God. When men think they are in control they are putting God aside.

Because you are the sole being in control of your actions and behavior, not anybody else. In other words, live life compassionately. You then are responsible for mere compassion. What if there turns out to be no god? Doesn’t matter, you lived a good life and were able to as a result live it peacefully with your own self. What if there is a good? Still doesn’t matter. If you lived life the Buddha way of not hurting even a fly, I can hardly imagine god would then punish you for it. Buddhism does not claim there is or there isn’t a god. Buddhism claims that it does not matter, for YOU are what you reap. You decide what that is. You decide if you are going to be living a hell or not, by your own actions. Not god. That’s precisely how it should be, no? God kind of gave you the freedom of thought and choice to be consequently responsible for your own actions. Not so that you can make all the wrong choices and then leave it all up to god. You’re the one riding that train off a cliff if that’s the case, not God.

We cannot ever know how everything came to be, so therefore Buddhism doesn’t try to know. Instead Buddhism is sort of a checklist of how to lead a clean life, nothing more. You can still believe there is a greater power and still abide by Buddhist principles and you will be the cleanest Christian there is. Devotion to god is not needed to find eternal piece, devotion to your own self and your deeds is. The substantive way you live is the important part that decides your ultimate fate, not how hard of a believer you are in any one god.

What I mean is The Bible which is an incredible book consists of 66 books written over 1500 years ( 1450 BC - AD 100 ) it has 40 different Writers , One author, that would be God. from three different continents, different nations, and varying cultures. It contains three different languages, Hebrew, Aramaic, Koine Greek , which became a dead language so it could not be re-interpreted. Which is brilliant in itself. When it comes to Christianity, there are masses of people they called them selves Christians and there are 30,000 denominations of the church that Jesus Christ built. Our salvation come from obeying the gospel. The death burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior. Once we obey the gospel and are buried in the waters of baptism by immersion, we die of self and are resurrected as a child of God and entered into the book of life. And that’s when the devil starts pressing in to get you back. Tempting you without end. The devil does not bother with the masses of people because he already has them in their worldly lives. The true Church of Christ studies only from the Bible with no added doctrine. Studying Gods word, The Bible, has all the answers to everything. We are all sinners every single one of us on earth and we sin constantly. But we have a way out being a child of God, we can repent which would be praying without ceasing for the forgiveness of our sins. I don’t have all the answers and I do not claim too. I am studying God‘s word and learning each day we will never know all the answers, the path is narrow. The scriptures show us how we came to be. I can’t see worshiping any entity that does not know that answer. I cannot sustain my life on a checklist and I look at it this way, if I am wrong about God Then there is no harm done, if I am right about God, I hope that I am right with him on judgment day. On the other hand if you are right, there is no harm. But if you are wrong, Hell in eternity is a very steep price to pay. I’m hoping this is not coming as an argument I am searching for the truth and I will never stop. And there can only be one truth.
