it's easy. You search "Deep glow plugin" (in your browser) and you press download, then you go into file explorer and copy the file that says deep glow (by pressing the button that says ctrl and c at the same time), then you go into documents, find adobe, press on the file that says adobe, press the file that says after effects, and then in the file it should show some files, then you press on the file that says user presets and paste your file you copied in there.
