*I only used 3/4 cup powdered sugar in the cream cheese layer. Also, I used a "Family Size" package of Oreo cookies--I didn't specifically count out 50 Oreos. Otherwise, I used this exact recipe!

Great idea! My family makes this same recipe but uses golden Oreos for the crust and lemon pudding in place of the chocolate. Nice light dessert for summer. We call it Lemon Lush.

It looks amazing! I made that before and it looks just like Yours. I didn't have a food processor at the time, so I put them in a ziploc bag and crushed them up with a meat tenderizer.
