The problem with added sugar in products on the market, added sugar content is to to much, it's not 10g 12g, it's mostly 25g more, it's 25 sugar powder sachet

10g or less, only supplements and diet product

This cookie cutter approach would work for the average student but would hurt the Student Athlete. If you cut out that much sodium from your average Middle School/High School football player's diet, there'll be an nationwide situation of heat related problems. Even with increased water intake.
