    Ingredients:
    Rajma (boiled) - 2 cups
    Onion - 3 tbsp
    Carrots - 2 tbsp
    Tomato - 2 tbsp
    Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
    Roasted sesame seeds - 2 tsp
    Coconut oil or Olive oil - 1 tsp
    Chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
    Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
    chat masala - 1 tsp
    Juice of a lemon
    Salt to taste

    Today's recipe is a healthy and tasty rajma salad. Rajma or the kidney beans are a store house of protein. One cup of kidney bean provides 15grams of protein. It contains copper, iron, manganese, phosphorus, molybdenum and vitamins B1 and folate.
