Okay, that sea monster scene is unsettling for adults, never mind kids. That model of the monster, the horror movie like music and Danny’s campfire ghost story-esque narration all combine to make a scene more worthy of TUGS then Theodore. If anyone reading this watched Theodore until this episode and then never watched Theodore again until adulthood, I forgive you

10:53 Waltzing Sugar Plum Harbour Fairies?!!!????!!!!!!! George, what have you been smoking??!!? I wish this could have a VHS or DVD release!!!! This is one of the best episodes of Theodore I've seen!!!!! I love how the Harbour Master mentions himself and points out that the Big Harbour' s location is Canada!!!!! And the spooky effects were the best ever!!!!! The sea monster was very well done!!!!!
6:57 Huh... so that's where the Harbor Master's Office is located. hehe, kind funny to hear him insert himself into the story, he's usually never mentioned in the stories
I got a trick for handling nightmare. When you try to fall asleep again just remember a happy or meaningful memory from your past. Since memories and dreams are connected. You might even end up dreaming about that happy time instead.
i like this episode i used to get nightmares about this episode when i was five because of the sea monster did this scare anyone else back then. also first comment!!!
I think is the first episode where the tugboats have eyelids! In previous eipsodes, they just their hats over their eyes, but it was done very poorly! 4:55 first time I've seen tha Harbor Master's office and a veseel in the same shot! 6:33 but Gloria isn't a grain ship! She's clearing carrying containers! I like how they added water effects when the monster arised!

One of my favorite Theodore Tugboat episodes. The harbormaster's voice is so calm, almost it puts me to sleep.
3:03 Aww, George is giggling in his sleep.

I used to watch this show when I was a kid. It was part of my childhood too. They don't make shows like this anymore. I miss it.
Perhaps the most unsettling episode in Theodore Tugboat.

When You're fast asleep, The Nightmares come creeping.
That monster and the ambient background music used to scare me when I was 5 or so.

Why did Theodore tell the Dispatcher about his dangerous sea monster nightmares?
Because he trusts the Dispatcher. He’s like a parental figure, and the boats tend to ask him for advice

I think Theodore needs to be medicated.
I believe I’ve rented the VHS Bedtime Adventures from my childhood library. Or maybe it was a different Theodore Tugboat tape.
