yes , i love Linkedln that is very useful platform for me . i usually keep in touch with well-known person in my field .furthermore i learnt a lot of things like how to be professional life because i am student and i have not been working anywere yet ,so i can say that when i enter the platform ,i can take some useful information

I am suggesting the best way to change the primiom is one year
Tbh linkedin has only helped me get like 3 job interviews, but mostly I see it as a "public" CV so people can look u up. Also Im kinda disturbed by the people it decides to suggest to me as connections, its bizarre bc its always the same people over and over again, Im also aware that is is connected to fb so Idk. I always get the "do you know" these people, mostly "cool kids" from high school I never talked with and dont have a connection in social media
It also targets based on location and who your mutual connections are. It's a similar algorithm to facebook in that regard

To answer your question if I use LinkedIn and if it's helped my in my career. I'd say yes I've been using LinkedIn and as far as helping me? I'd say so. Although I haven't found a job through LinkedIn, I feel like I'm making an investment in my future, the way LinkedIn used to operate in the red. I've been building my network, started some LinkedIn Learning courses, enhancing my profile, and hopefully soon I'll be writing articles to build my value. So as we'll see how much LinkedIn pays off in the future.
I have used LinkedIn, but it has never helped me get a job. It did help me get a interview with Tesla but that didn't pan out.
They wanted to sell cars even though they are a green energy company. Also they want experience from people in legacy automotive companies
It really depends on your goal and if you tweak your profile toward your ideal job it can help you land an amazing job

I personally know more than a dozen and i had job offers that i could have taken bust started my own company and now a youtube channel
