  • Deadlift is the best exercise for an individual weather he/she wants to gain weight or lose weight.Deadlift concentrates on every single muscle group of body.Their are 2 basic conventional methods to execute a deadlift.

      Sajal Saha: Bhai Pakistan ka naam sunte hi mat shuru ho jaya karo. Dekh to lo ki baat kya ho rahi hai. Ek insaan kisi ki tareef kar raha hai aur aap ek dum out of context baat kar rahe ho. Jo tumne comment kiya uska koi fayda hai kya? Apni bhadaas nikali bas kuyunki saamne computer hai, keyboard hai, kuchh bhi type kar sakte hain.     Thank you sir for wonderful training tips. I noticed that hand grip in the bodybuilding type and sumo type were at different distances, is it, i.e. the distance of hand grip also important in the dead lifts?

    I have got immense respect for Mukeshji and his guru Dronacharya.
    I always had this question. may be I might sound dumb. but I want to know why Guru Dronacharya Dhawan doesn't work out anymore? he is not that old. Someone like him who made such world class champions like mukeshji has stopped doing workout? once again no offence or disrespect towards these stalwarts of bodybuilding. just have this bit of curiosity since ages

    well guruji aapne jo bataya mein thk ulta tareke se deadlift karta hushoulders forward upper back round kar ke .mujhe yahi better lagta hai .abtak 212 kg deadlift hai mera conventional .waise mein akela nahin hu world mein kaafi log karte hai deadlift aise .

    Also sir I am a subscriber of your channel. The training provided by you is very wonderful. I have been going to the gym for past many years. About 10-12 years back my coach used to tell me to do 15 repetitions and 5 sets with same weight and it was also effective, however now a days trainers insist on less sets and less repetitions, which of them is correct, please guide???

    why are u letting them use alternate grip all the way..?? it should be used only when u can't hold the weight by pronated grip..
