As long as these ex. Jahil and biased Pakistani cricketers remain in management of PCB, no Overseas coach or trainer can develop the team.
Some few month’s ago, on a private channel, Wahab Riaz and Mohd Aamir were participating and passimg derogatory remarks on national players. Today Wahab is holding a key position in board while Aamir is part of almost same playing 11.
All we need is to have highly educated, professionally qualigied non cricketing individuals as Managers in PCB . These managers should pick and choose foreign Coach, Trainers, Motivators, English teacher, Mentor etc. NO PAKISTANI EX. CRICKETER should be allowed to hold any position.
Same players will give us great results in 8-12 months time.
There shouldn't be No Jonsa bhaiyya, No Waseem, Waqar, Misbah, Shoaib, Yousuf, Mushtaq or Qudrat.ka Nizam.
