Thank you so much, you did a wonderful and inspiring video! I’m planning to do it in April this year. Or September!

Very nice video and narrative! I was doing the San salvador/Primitivo during this time. I am planning on the Norte in May/June. Did you pre-book a lot or just wing accommodations? Thanks for the great video!

@@rickhough from Bayonne to Bilbao I booked as it was the most busiest with pilgrims on the route, but it quietened after Bilbao. It is a must when joining the Frances. Other than that, I only really booked if I was doing a long day. The only time I had trouble finding a bed was Castro Uridales. There is only one Albergue there with like 20 beds. Most of the albergues don’t facilitate reservations. The route is not as well equipped like the Frances - It’s a completely different experience. I imagine it will be busier in May/June; when I did it, it was the end/out of season. Thank you for watching 🙂

I was also doing San Salvador/Primitivo at the time and even walked with Yudith when she switched from Norte to Primitivo :) San Salvador is also my favourite so far :)
