But yeah I believe Mateusz, Islam and Arman all beat Charles, they can wrestle but it's a different style from Khabib : they don't leave their necks exposed, and they have WAY more dangerous striking to set up the grappling , styles makes fights

The wrestling exchanges between them were elite level something you don't see in mma often,gamrot's grappling was definitely more effective he had more takedowns and some beautiful reversals,both guys gave us the whole package of mma respect 👏🏻.

Man props to both for accepting to fight each other while everyone avoids them. It was a collide of two monsters at a discipline, the scrambles of the first round just told you instantly the fight was gonna be poet in movement, just insane. Both would beat a few guys from above

The level of wrestling in this fight was insane, i was pretty impressive by Gamrot how he defended take downs the transitioning to wrestling offense. Also i think Arman lost his confidence in wrestling and lost to much energy on first three rounds where Gamrot took advantage. I'm very satisfied with this fight. It was very closed fight. Today i started a channel to share opinions in UFC fights.
Yeah I agree, Arman needs to work on his conditioning and maybe polish up ju jitsu, and gamrot has to work on stand up fighting especially footwork and checking lowkicks

As an Armenian fella I’m heartbroken for Arman, but I knew this was gonna be a war from the beginning. I had it 3-2 Arman, but the judges thought different. Very good experience for Arman at just 25 who already had the ability to beat most of the fighters ahead of him in the rankings. I knew Gamrot was fucking legit and he seems like a cool dude, so excited to see what’s next for the both of them
Yes, they will meet together again in fight in future, when they will be top ranking fighters.
Arman won 4-1 easily, Gamrot hasn't landed any shots and just tried to hug his opponent the whole fight.

I saw Khabib level wrestling in Gamrot definitely someone who can challenge both Makachev and Oliviera for title.
Both men can challenge Makhachev and Oliveira. Lightweight just keeps getting more and more interesting.
Khabib level wrestling can’t be used that causally, khabib would have got both men down and out easier than what these 2 put on display, having that said, both are extremely high level fighters that can beat top 10 fighters

Arman won 1000%. There's no way it was 2-2 into the 5th round. Even in the 3rd when Gamrot finally scored a TD, before that it was completely Arman's round + knockdown. Gamrot did nothing.

Man Gamrots energy in the interview did not match his energy in the fight. in the fight he was super cool, calm and collected but here he was like a squirrel on crack! I was worried he was gonna get in a fight with Bisping trying to take the microphone like that.

Gamrot looked like the fresher fighter. He was clearly winning the grappling exchanges, attempted submissions and landed more takedowns. If you wanna argue about damage then compare both of their faces and see who did more damage. Only thing Arman had over Gamrot was the kicks. Arman couldn't even take him down. Lol

@@invain5594 Today I watched an interview with a UFC referee who scored this fight and he said that in the fourth round they did not count this backfist as a knockdown but as a slip because Gamrot was kicking at that moment so according to judges Gamrot wasn't knockdown but he just slipped.What is more, the fight watched close to the cage can look diffrent than the fight watched in TV

A lot of people did (myself included). But there was no real loser in this fight. Gamrot and Arman are the future in this division.

The new blood in LW is insane. A lot of the top guys won't survive 5 rounds with either of these guys. UFC really needs to do something about the power they've given to their ranked fighters.
I thought Arman won. His kicks and that back fist knockdown in the 4th was the difference for me.
