Try to tax the rich more. Rich people leave. Now you can't tax the rich and have to tax the poor more.

Thanks for your comment! There's no evidence that lots of rich people leave, as we discussed in the podcast - 0.5% of millionaires is not a big number, and increasing the tax %age of poorer people doesn't generate nearly as much ££.
