coming home from a really hot day in sophmore year, taking off my skin tight skinny jeans, drinking a ice cold glass of water, then banging this album out while playing black ops 1 was really a time to be alive
Agreed dude, right now I'm at a time in life were there is much turbulence and I don't know where to go. This song made me tear up in the car one day, like... genuinely. I didn't expect this song to hit this hard at this time. I'm glad there's people like you who share the same sentiments of nostalgia. Thanks. :)
I feel like this song describes addiction and withdrawal. It may not be what they were intending but that’s the way I take it. That’s the beauty of music.
Tell me, tell me, won't you tell me please-why do things always happen in threes? I use to think you were in control of your own destiny. So many moments being alone, you launched a plan. You chose to be the victim and now you're so, so far away. I'm waiting for the chance to finally breathe again. Hold on to me, until the lights go out. I'm waiting, still waiting for the chance to finally breathe again. Hold on to me, until the lights go out. The hero's journey, the choices that you make. The villain's downfall, the path you know you can't escape. You lost control of everything. Tell me, won't you tell me why, I fail to see your face in the sky? The cold rain, it distorts my eyes, questions run through my mind. You chose to be the victim, you choked on the bitter end. You chose to be the victim, and now you're so, so far away. I'm waiting for the chance to finally breathe again. Hold on to me, until the lights go out. I'm waiting, still waiting for the chance to finally breathe again. Hold on to me, until the lights go out.
***** UNFD is working with Rise because In Hearts Wake is an Australian band and cant sell or produce albums in the US, they partnered with Rise because Rise can do that for them.
You didn't really. The way you worded it was it's just for bigger recognition, when it's they HAVE to work with Rise to get their music outside of Aus.
One of my favorite and IMO underrated songs off the album
Great track, I saw these guys play in 2012 when they were small, good to see them doing well
forgot how much I loved this album
This specific track has a strong nostalgia tone for me, man... 2012 was fun.
I feel ya. Discovered them back in 2012 and I was making some of the best memories of my life. Now this album always reminds me of the best times!

You know a album/band is good if they can make you feel nostalgic as if you used to listen to them, Even though it's the first time.
An amazing album, love every song.
2020 y lo sigo escuchando ❤️
Кто бы что не говорил,но это классный трек,особенно в моментах,где мелодичные брейкдаунах,это просто вауу

The greatest + hardest album of today's generation to find in physical form at a cheap price 😒
You can get it online at 24hundred (Australian website) for $20 ☺️
Sophie O'Donnell + another $20 for shipping = Not cheap
Found it yesterday at JB-Hi-Fi for $15.
