How different is this from just hockey stopping and untwisting to continue?
So slashing is basically like a hockey stop but with more speed and not completely stopping, or am I missing something.

What skis do you recommend for that?
Any skis will work, but in my opinion, twintips are probably the best option...
i am doing it but only a bit comes up, is it cause of my weight

@@SkiAddiction yo i wanna get skiing but i already play hockey and u probably already know they call the slash style stop a hockey stop. do you think i would have an easier time learning this stop/style of skiing because i already stop on ice exactly like this?

@@aedanbird7309 yes thank you i forgot i had a dad that used to ski and he also played hockey his entire life so he confirmed it for me
