Surprised me! Glad to see. The Lady Birds' species have slightly differing coloring, & distribution & # of dark spots. IDK which is which, so leave them all alone. The Praying Mantis, is more than one Species. We're invaded in allover USA with much larger one that eats everything, good praying mantis, all other bugs, & plants, too! We must Learn & Eradicate the much larger invader in all its stages. The nymph stage - I thot first second or 2, that it was the tiny "ant lion" (aka doodle bug) in eastern NC.
Jason, can you please share a photo of the Lady Bug Eggs, & tell us where they're located on what types of plants? TYIA. ❤ I would pinch off all leaves with any eggs, everywhere. When i had my little kitchen garden. Lack o my knowledge. 😉 😊
Goodness Gracious !! I never knew this but I do now !! Thanks Jason!! Hope y'all are doing well on the Farm . Here at my house it is storming and heavy rain this morning . ⛈️⛈️
Every few years I go to my garden centre and buy a container of lady bugs for my yard. They stay around for years and years and keep the nasty aphids away. ❤❤
The ladybugs that we have here in East Tennessee were brought into the Smoky Mountains from Asia to kill the aphids that are killing the big trees in our mountains. Since then, the Asian ladybugs have 'multiplied' to the point that they are everywhere and are now considered a pest. They fly onto houses in huge swarms and wiggle their way into houses where they leave their horrible smell on everything they land on. They also bite when they land on you. These Asian ladybugs are a little bit bigger and more orange than they are red. I used to love ladybugs when I was a child but these are different. Search and you'll see the difference. ❤
Oh no⁉️ No idea. Jason please provide the bad & good species? & How many spots, in what pattern, on our USA good ones? TYIA 😃 So sad, so many invasive species of plants, fishes & snails in USA nowadays.
A fence might work. Possibly portable flexible electric fencing with solar battery power. Can be ordered specific heights & lengths, with small solar batteries; or use electric outdoor extension cord. See Description link in this vlog. Jason & Brooke use it to move their laying hens. Also, Moody steer, Joe goat, + another goat. I successfully used a 2 or 3 foot high fencing, with short stakes, also about 2 feet high, around my little kitchen garden. I think it was galvanized "hog wire" fence. I hope you find something suitable. 😊
I was told that the ones that bite are imposters -- Japanese beetle. They look just like a Ladybug -- except they are a brownish orange. They aren't red body like what Jason is showing. GOD Bless Your Family 🙏🙏🌹 Love 🌻 from Apex NC 💜
Thank you Jason I learn something on every video. God bless y'all. ❤🙏❤🙏
Love Ladybugs 🐞🐞🐞🐞
I love lady bugs. They are so pretty.
It definitely turns into a beautiful bug. I love learning new things and you tell things in a way that is easy to remember. Thank you.
And this nymph stage eats more aphids than the lady bugs is what I hear!

Typo line 3 I intended "lady bug" -
However I *think both names are correct.
Who knew? I’ve seen a million of these little critters and never knew they were my favorite little bug. Thanks Jason.

I would never have guessed that was a lady bug! Yes I would have squished it!
Make sure it’s a native ladybug, not invasive. The most common ladybug in the US is now an invasive species
Oh no⁉️ No idea.

I've been educated! Had no idea
I just wish I could keep the rabbits out of my little garden. They leveled it last year. 😢

The worst bugs in a garden a cucumber Beatles because they kill all your vining plants but you did right with planting the flowers.
Some people have lady bug farms on their property

JASON, WHAT is that BLACK Line on the leaf below Lady Bug's?
Looks like a tiny worm.
Don't squish the lady bug 🐞🐞🐞
Have you ever heard of Lady bugs biting humans?
I was told that the ones that bite are imposters -- Japanese beetle.
They look just like a Ladybug -- except they are a brownish orange. They aren't red body like what Jason is showing.

There good luck.
We call that a stink bug. I didn't know it's a baby ladybug
Stink bugs are green/brown and more triangular head with a round bottom. To see what they look like google "Brown marmorated stink bug."
It looks prehistoric
There is one bug that will take down an asiatic Lilly. A beautiful bright red bug, called a red leaf Lilly bug, I lost all my lilies. Arr,
Are you sure they are lady bugs?
🍍😎🤙🌴🥥🌺🌈
What are some others? 😊
Thank you I learn something
❤
