I just did these trails a few weeks ago. Even when dry those roots and off camber turns are tough. Your practice run was still very fast in the wet and not knowing the trail just shows how good top pro's really are. Good luck during the race, you got this.
Welcome to Vermont, every inch has to be earned, off camber and roots mean crash and mechanical if your not committed. When the best get humbled, you know its tough

sooooo stoked to see the pros riding some east coast jank!
Hell yea!
I love these practice videos! It shows what you go through and look at during practice. Helps out a lot when it comes to races I have
Glad you like them!
Sir Melamed your videos are the best !! Can you post the rest of the stages please!! Good luck this weekend!
Only a select few!
I love that this stage goes from- one of the sickest enduro trails you'll ever ride, to basically an XC section. A true test for a complete rider. 😁
Haha yea it’s a bit of everything
Good luck, Jesse, you got this one!
Thanks!
Wow, that looks insanely physical, and a bit sketch! Congrats on your win last weekend.
Thanks!
Welcome to the Northeast, the land of low angle jank and flat turns!
I’m learning

Hha that’s so true
@@JesseMelamedMTB go get ‘em today!! This track favors finesse over pure power, that’s you!!
I've been looking forward to this one since I have ridden on some of these trails at Burke. I'm curious how they compare to the rooty trails in B.C.
This one is kind of similar! We just have them a bit steeper.
Fun to watch.
Good!
Get it!
Thanks for sharing those videos with us :)
I noticed that you changed your handlebars. Did you go to a different rise?
Im curious about what the bars are too
I've had these for the last few seasons actually! They are just older bars so I have them taped up...
What kind of hand guards do you run?
SendHit Nock Guards
@@JesseMelamedMTB alright thank you. Nice job today also. You looked super smooth 👍

What's your average bpm and highest bpm in a run like this? :)
