    I do aggravated supersets
    Chest and back
    Bicep and tricep
    That way I'm stretching the opposing muscle easy peasy Time saver

    I do triple dumbbell set
    Curls shoulder press then bent over rows
    If I'm strong add
    front shoulder lift...all 1set

    Legs are up I do hack squats and not that often I don't want to wobble when I walk away

    This may be off subject but I am im doing a experiment on myself.. currently in a cut to 18% now at 23% but want to get below my goal to have some wiggle room 😅 here it goes please help ..Im super excited i just got a g7. Im.tryimg to get down to 18% body fat.. right now at 23 % im sp interest in what makes my i glucose go up and down. What meditating does to it. Workingn out lack of sleep. Excess sleep ect. So far im totally confused.. when i first put it on around 7 after a day of eating it was around 76. Theb it went up to 113.. did some exercise went up and down a few point so decided to call it a day.. i ate a handfull of m&ms before bed( as a experiment 😂) and little bit later my alarm on g7 went off i assumed it was telling me it went too high.. but come to fi d out it dipped below too low post candy.. THEN ! I checked my glucose fasted and it was 121.. 😮 what is going on !???

      you concentrate on protein you walk 10minsx3
      I do keto some
      use carbs to adjust hunger and calories
      I use peanut butter at bedtime
      You won't get highs and lows
