Good tips - I used to organize my crates in external folders just like you showed in this video. However, I found it easier to put all my music in one folder and build my crates and sub-crates within Serato. Thanks for the tips!
Has apple deleted your music from that music folder you have? Is that music folder linked to the new Apple music app that replaced iTunes? I’ve heard of people stating Apple deleted their music that was not downloaded from Apple.

Def 1 music folder… no folders inside of folders.
