I have been super frustrated not being able to lose weight. I asked my SGs to help me make better decisions, to help me lose some weight. This morning I was lying in bed. It was so comfortable, the yoga class I was planning to attend is a very HARD class. I decided I wasn’t going to get up to go. Dozing in my comfy bed, I had the very strong thought: How are you going to lose weight if you don’t get up and go to the gym? My eyes popped open, a smile on my face. I think it was my higher self? Because it sounded just like me, said in a way I would say it. It didn’t come from my conscious self because I had already made the decision not to go, and was dozing off. I asked them to help me make better decisions and they delivered! So I went. The class was hard, and I will be sore tomorrow! But they delivered! Thank you SGs!
I am unaware if you want advice or not, if you do great, hi! I have advice! If not please ignore this and know you’re doing great and I am proud of you baby boo!
For advice I lost half of my body weight and that was due to a lot of things that no person should mimic but one thing was walking, and yeah I know it sounds like bull and everyone says that but really, walk like 10,000 a day or 1:40 a day and it works out really well and yes normal day walking counts and no you don’t have to do it all at once, you can build up from 5,000 or 50 minutes, and to that point.
Another thing, EAT SUGAR. Oh my god you need to eat sugar trust me! If you don’t you’ll get sad and then just want sugar and try to sub and that fails! Eat some chocolate it’s not bad to want and eat chocolate if you want to and honestly you’ll help yourself in the long run!
Eat volume foods, it’s what it sounds, not lettuce or stuff like that I mean make baked squash, cauliflower, those things and also fruit is good for this too! You’d be shocked at how little calories are in those things!
Carbs are your friend do not cut those out if you have been told too! (Unless by a doctor!) Potatoes are great though! and if you are worried about calories eat more potatoes than bread!
Counting calories, this works and doesn’t, for me it does, but I have and had an eating disorder so I have to count to make sure I eat enough, (I normally don’t-) but I find it comforting to know I am giving my body enough, maybe that will help you too?
oh and here’s another thing I learned! If you are 200+ You can eat 1,500 calories a day and be good and lose weight, HOWEVER! If you are 160 or a bit below or up you need to increase that by 300 for a diet, so it would be 1,800 a day! This is mostly so you don’t starve since when you’re heavier your body has more to eat than when you get thinner!
Also! Remember You are doing great and none of this may work for you, really none of this may work but I hope it does, it did well for me but like I said my situation wasn’t ideal, but the most important thing is, is that you take care of yourself ok? You’re doing great no matter what!

My sister Nelly passed away in her mid 30s from cancer. When she passed I felt a tap on top of my head while I was sleeping. I woke up and everyone else was asleep. I purchased the spirit rods and I have been communicating with them. I found out that my sister Nelly is one of my spirit guides. She also told me that I can cleanse them in sage. Also do that to the pendulum. I also have my parents and three brothers who have passed visiting me. My answer for yes is Criss Cross and for no is the right side. A hug is Criss Cross all the way tapping my shoulders. Plus I have been doing clearings every day. I am very happy. Plus I ask is Kamala Harris going to be inaugurated Jan 20, 2025 and the answer is yes. I ask the same for you know who and they tell me NO.😊

Are there dark Spirit Guides? What type of Spirit Guides does 45 have?
One time I had cyclone warning about a house we were living in that would have been catastrophic for my young family while I was driving and the next day I told my husband we had to move and we had to move immediately! We moved out shortly after and Two weeks after we moved my warning came to be! That was the moment I knew I had a deep connection to my spirit guides. I was never so grateful!

Hi fun video. Real quick on sleep apnea. I also only have it on my back BUT here is the thing we don’t stay on our sides while asleep. I thought it was ok to not treat it for 10 years. I got high blood pressure from the sleep apnea as well as bad migraines turns out. I went back to sleep doctor and he said I should have been treated that whole time and should have talked to him. It can, like you said, cause brain damage which can lead to dementia and worse it can cause death. I got use to using the cpap within like 2 days and now like it! Better yet within a month or so blood pressure was normal and migraines are rare. And there are other treatments besides cpap. PLEASE see a professional. It is something to take very seriously. That sudden wake up means your blood oxygen was likely very low. 😢. I felt called to share this with you (bc I was thinking similar as you and it caused me health probs). Take this info or leave it, just felt strongly I should share. Wishing you the best in life!! ❤

Yes! And the sooner the better with regard to treatment and being able to use the easier apparatuses and not the loud machine with the face covering. My spouse uses an apparatus that looks like a mouth/night guard. Tests are done from home to assure the oxygen level stays up. 🛌💤😴
I 💗my CPAP loud as it may be. No exhaustion, no migraines, no sudden waking, just sleep.
2011 -I was asked by my mother, the day before she passed, who was that fella that was with me? I said, There is no one with me mom. She replied. Yes there is, he has been with you the last few days when you came to visit me. I asked her who it was and she said, well I don't know who he is, I've never seen him before! I looked around, thinking what the H*ll is she seeing. She passed the next day. Having chosen to kinda not believe in any of this stuff back then, it kinda freaked me out. I joked about my mother telling me I had a guardian angel, but I wondered was it true.
Fast forward to this past year when I started going through awakening. My guides starting talking to me. One day I asked if the guide talking was the "guardian angel" that was with me when mom passed? Answer-yes. So I asked what his name was. I heard Zach. I asked Zach? Like Zachary or Zachariah? Before I finished saying Zachariah in my mind, I got a flash ZachariaH, with the H on the end highlighted and bold, to emphasize it was spelled with the H on the end. ❤
My vision of him is a male, approx 40-45 years old, brown hair. Wearing casual dress pants and shirt and sometimes a trenchcoat! Think Castiel from supernatural! LOL. Maybe that's just what I made up in my mind. Haven't gotten any other names yet.

Two years ago I went to the ER for extreme numbness in my arms and legs and my face so they did a cat scan. They sent me to a neurologist and he found an aneurysm..had surgery and everything was fine..never ever had that numbness again.( an aneurysm has no symtoms) I KNOW it was my spirit guide.

Hi Karen and fellow dwellers on the threshold here!! Here are a few reads off top of my head; Masters of the Seven Rays by Phillip Lindsay. The Masters and the Spiritual Path by Elizabeth Prophet. Of course I know she no longer stands behind her work but she wrote some very good books on the Masters and Angels, Doreen Virtue. I don't know how it works with her books now, mine are many years old. I would loan them if you can't find them they really are some of the best. Rosemary Ellen Guilley may have a book on Arch Angels, she has a good one on the Saints and another controversial author, Silver Raven Wolf has a few. I am sure there has been some new ones written. There was one I really liked that I lent out and never got back. When title comes to me I will mention. Must of been needed more in rotation. Ok, so I am a Clair cognitive, Empath and felt very frustrated with thinking that I couldn't "hear" them. You don't physically hear them. It's telepathy that is how they communicate with you. Your gut instinct is them, you're walking down the street, and something tells you not to cross the street yet even though the signal is saying walk. Your Guardian Angel is the same as your Birth Angel. Your Guardian Angel is exactly what it says. They are Guarding you. They are part of your "Spiritual Team." You have your Spirit Guides, and you have your Guardian Angel, and you have other Angels that help you along your life. Tuning into your Spirit Guides is a constant. You are constantly in touch with them, and they are constantly in touch with you. Watch for signs if you ask for a specific sign like Show me a Blue Feather, if I am supposed to go to the store today, or if I need to move by the end of March. You have to be very specific. You are not going to get a clear answer if you are not specific. You can't ask if questions or, or questions. You won't get an answer or a clear answer. I have been investigating Spirit Guides for literally years. I have learned a lot from a lady, Maryann, from Australia, and her UA-cam is Revealing Light Tarot and Astrology. She is a Clairvoyant and Psychic Medium. She also used the Dowsing Rods sometimes. I have learned a lot from her and she is a good teacher. Our lovely Karen is a good teacher too, but she is learning with us and I think that is wonderful. Another great and funny teacher is Susan Lynn- Spirit Navigator. She has a video series of WOW Way Out on Wednesdays. She talks about your soul growth and your Spirit Guides. It's a fantastic way to learn how to communicate with your Spiritual Guides. She is always talking about her and her guides and needed to go to couples therapy 😅 We all have different ways of learning and we all hear things differently. I think it's best to have a variety of different teachers to learn different subjects and you can pull things out from the different teachers and put them together for what works best for you. It's just like high school or college, you have to choose your classes. I really like This channel because, to me, it is like having a best friend who you can go to and just chat about your ideas and thoughts and not feel stupid for asking questions. Meeting up in the hallway in between classes. I have always been intuitive all my life and I thought everyone else was the same as me. I didn't figure it out till I was in my 40s and now I'm in my 60s. 😂 To me they talk in riddles 🤣
Ironically I just left a question in the chat if SG’s communicate with us through intuition. Especially if you get a really, really, really bad or uneasy feeling about something, listen to it.

I believe we all do it, we just don't know we are doing it. Doesn't everyone talk to themselves and work out situations with yourself? I do but it's your Spirit Team helping you. Synchronicity that I'm just watching this now and I asked my guides yesterday to talk to my husband's guides to keep him safe on his travels to work. I've never asked for them to do that for someone else before.❤ What an amazing time we are living in everyone!! I asked two different mediums who my Spirit Guides are. Both said that one is a Native American woman, and one medium said there's also a Scotsman. Those medium readings were so important to me - just finding out the identity of the Guides (not their names) was a great gift!
A couple months ago, I had Danielle Oberossler do a spirit guide reading and she drew a picture of my main spirit guide. I have 3 guides. The main one was my husband in my past life - the life before this one. My 2nd guide was our son from that life. My 3rd guide, she said, was me from a past life.. I kinda felt like it was a sister that I had in a past life. Anyway, the reading was very interesting and she draws beautiful art. She has a YT channel.
Finishing this up in the morning with coffee (click) I was obsessed with the news before and after and was very fearful. Stopped watching and became less fearful. Started back at my hobby and also started watching other things i.e. your channel to take my mind off it.
With my dousing rods a yes is crossing in front and a no is back to my shoulders.

Thanks for your video! I learned a lot. One afternoon, I was driving home from a nearby town. I got very sleepy and I kept nodding off, very dangerous and scary, but I couldn’t help it. Then I felt a tap on my shoulder! That woke me up! I know it was one of my spirit guides keeping me safe.

Also, @1 month ago, a ask SGs to bring my 75yo friend a partner that would treat her with th respect, love & enjoymnt of life that she so richly deserved but that - IMO - had been elusive. 3 days later she happily told me that when she was out w a group of friends on a day trip out of state, a man which seems pretty perfect came up to their table and chatted for a long while w them all, and askd for her nbr whn they parted. So far so good - even has what preferred same stature & bg as her she later told she had always wanted but nvr had! And a month in, so far so good! I start off w deep thanks to SGs for that each meditation.
I tried my new dowsing rods for the first time a few days ago, and my replies, yes or no, were all coming from my right side/hand only. Yes, wide swing in either direction right only and no, zero movement from either. And when I had a yes, boy that rod swung hard and bopped me in the cheek ;) which made me laugh and I think my guide(s) get me :)

While I was working one day, I had to drive to another town to do some work. The highway department was doing construction on a bridge, and they had hung a temporary stoplight. I got the red light, so I stopped , but when it turned green, I was getting ready to cross a highway when I clearly heard a voice saying, "Don't go." I ignored it and went (free will) as I crossed the highway a car ran the red light and t-boned me. I can't understand why I ignored that voice, I was so stupid.

Mine swung round and kept tapping me on the cheek, like they were making sure I 'got it'. Despite my upbringing in a psychic household and my beliefs I still have doubts, I think they were making sure I knew they were around, this happens when I get side tracked as well.

About 2 months ago, i realized that even though i had minimal interaction with others for a while (am very INTP and am healing from a bad fall) my mood was regularly getting more & more negative. i had been interacting w only3 people regularly. I asked SGs to keep negative energies, and energies that were not for my highest & best, away from me. In less than a week, calls & visits were reduced by 2 of the 3 (in diff states & dont interact) by 80%-100% each day, and I felt so much lighter! Since I've been dealing w complications from the injuries for 3+ yrs, it wasn't all INTP related. The 2 ppl had unusual good things happen in their lives re work and I was happy to encourage them to focus on their business & themselves whn they tried to apologize for not calling or dropping by so much ;) No change on the 3rd person & no linger bad energy.
Kind of funny you’re asking if spirit guides could move things while you’re holding those rods 😉

I have one question (well, I have many questions but for now this is one): Is a pendulum considered equal to the rods for this work? I have been using a pendulum for clearings, but am finding dousing rods difficult to work with and am experimenting with using a pendulum for divining as well. Do you have any thoughts or opinions on this? Thanks! ❤
Hi! I recently got dowsing rods and they came with a pendulum. I have great success with the pendulum but haven't had success with the rods. I'm looking forward to learning how to use them!
I do also use a pendulum especially when traveling.

Cleansing your rods or pendulum with sage just put some water and sage and boil it. Then just rub the sage water on the rods and the pendulum just drop them in the mix.
The fastest and easiest way to cleanse your pendulum, tarot cards, watch, jewelry, etc is just simply putting it on a SELENITE PLATE for 24 hrs, especially when new. Selenite is a self cleaning crystal and removes negative energy. Its name comes from the name Selene, the Greek goddess of the Moon, literally meaning the stone of the Moon. The most important thing to remember or know about this crystal is that it should NEVER get near water as it will melt like an ice cube.

It comes in different shapes too - round, square, rectangle but price will vary. They have bowls if you are looking for that, especially to cleanse your jewelry like bracelets, watches, etc.
I have a round Selenite Plate. I think 8” The larger, the better if you are using it for tarot cards, so you can cleanse more than one deck at a time… but here are some tips 😊
BRAND NEW TAROT DECK: Always check to make sure all cards are good and you are not missing any or have double cards, etc. Flip through the cards carefully as sometimes glossy cards can stick together. Count your cards and make sure it’s the same count as written on the box. Cards are usually in order, if not, then it may have been returned, used, etc. Really depends on where you get them. When everything is okay, then place cards and booklet in its box/original packaging and place it on the Selenite Plate for 24hrs before 1st use.
USE SMALL SELENITE CRYSTALS: These are about 1 inch in size and what I do is place one of these in my tarot box, but remove the booklet that comes with the deck in order to fit the small Selenite crystal in the box (Just place the booklet on top of box). I use these small crystals so that my deck is always cleansed after each use and never have to worry about negative energy 😊 I only use the large Selenite Plate ONCE when I receive a brand new deck. From here on out, I use these small crystals and place one in the tarot box minus the booklet. Do this for each deck, if possible, Much easier to do readings any time. Now you just have to decide which deck you want to use 😂

Also when 3 things fall into place, it’s your guardian angel letting you know your answer. My son called my one day, their house sold and in the mail was his and my grandsons passport came so they could go to Brazil. My said you are so right I do have. Guardian angel 😂letting

I tested mine once and randomly put a different color sticker on my but. I didn't know what the color was but ii asked my rods if the color was red and it said no and it was correct. I tried it several times and the rods were right every time. I wanted to make sure it wasn't picking up my energy and influencing the answer.

Interestingly enough, I tell myself everything happens for a reason, it will all work out and such, now adding that everything always works out for me/us 😊, but more often than not, I choose to speak out loud or write it (mostly speak). I do repeat it silently in my head as well, particularly if I’m out and about or around other people.

@@debbiechase7762 I have a similar situation. Often, when I know, I need to buy certain products, when I eventually get the urge to buy them, they are often on special and discounted. These are things like expensive face, creams or things you would regularly buy, but maybe only a couple of times a year. I’ve always wondered if it was some sort of intuition or guidance.
The physical body can't handle the stress of holding spirit and actually spirit can energetically destroy the physical body. Sleeping allows the spirit to give the physical body a break every night whilst walking on the astral plane (dreaming).

I saw someone else say the same thing and then someone in their comments said they experienced the same thing but they had to set boundaries with them.

Karen, your doing fine. Same thing as Tarot cards, I was told that I have to touch and every cards, hands (natural oil) and suppose to bond with my soul and body. I always felt I wasn't alone. I feel them all the time. I have conversations in my head. I just figured I was talking to myself, but I ask questions all the time, to them.
I was awaken the other night, about 2am. Very loud noise, should have awoken my husband, but he never heard it.
I can't figure out why, but after hearing this, perhaps I stopped breathing in my sleep.

Technically, you do not need any device to talk to your Spirit Guides. Just speak to them directly and ask for signs. Remember Google is your friend 😊
