The more we start loving each other ( like everyone out there, everyone has the same life force which is present inside you , it's just the thoughts that distinguishes the people , in reality everyone is same and the whole world is one family ) so how can we be angry to ourselves. We all are the same light of the divine god .
We can say that god ( parmatma ) and we ( aatma ) are just like a drop in ocean . God is himself the ocean and the drop ... so how can we be angry with us and god as everything is us or you can say everything is god .....
You can try meditation on the name of god as meditation can solve every anxiety , anger issues , ego problems ...

@@tilakbhagat342 you accomplish it by deliberately thinking the opposite of the "bad" thought. You think the "good" thought when you notice a bad thought coming in your head. The practice deliberately choosing to think the opposite thought you will eventually and gradually, not immediately, change your habits. Remember the habits are set in motion by the thoughts.

Pranam swamiji🙏, i follow your preachings regularly and it helped me a lot . Dhanyavadaha. To stop negative thoughts, to start with when we get up we need to make positive affirmations...early morning everyday. So it keeps our thoughts focussed to a great extent. This is my experience. These r lines I chant every morning. I will not worry for today, I will not get angry, I will be kind to myself and others, I will do my work with honesty, iam great ful to God for whatever he has given me...am sure. Swamiji gives a very beautiful gem of wisdom. If we ever see a wrong thought coming into our mind, we must immediately reject it. We must not encourage the negatives thoughts reside in our mind for long time. They are unholy thoughts. Therefore, we must replace that negative thought with a positive and devotional thought. We must make it a habit to replace every negative thought with a positive thought. That will ensure our bad habits will disappear slowly..

Bad habits that we develop require effort to break it. For the Physical body, we are very careful however when comes to our thoughts we neglect and make our mind run on its own. We need to practice reverse thinking upon having negative thoughts, which requires tremendous effort and monitoring. The initial force of breaking a bad habit takes tremendous force. We can feel the difference through monitoring negative and positive ones. Very nice story from Swami Vivekananda Ji's life about how we get attached to based on the habits we developed over time.

Swamiji is transforming my life. Since a year I had been struggling with a lot of personal issues and problems, and had been losing my focus on my prime goals in life. It takes lot of energy to break a habit, Swamiji explained nicely with the example of rocket, rocket exerts lots of energy before it crossing gravitational force, similarly when a habit to be broken, it takes lots of energy or pull of habit we need to cross. Swamiji advised not to give much importance to each thought like a 'kankar/stone' in food. Then replace negative thought with positive thought, will make us to break bad habits
