Before 1st Avenue Mall was established, the area where the mall now stands was part of a commercial development plan for downtown George Town. The construction of this mall was an effort to develop Penang's urban area and increase the city’s appeal as a shopping destination, especially for those looking for a more modern and organized shopping experience.
The name "1st Avenue" was likely chosen to give an international feel and emphasize its position as a modern mall aimed at urban consumers. The mall was built in several phases, featuring attractive contemporary architecture with a glass façade and a multi-level structure.
1st Avenue Mall has 7 floors filled with various retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. Some tenants include international brands, local shops, as well as a cinema and a gaming center. The mall was also designed to be easily accessible, particularly due to its strategic location near Komtar and other shopping centers.
Over time, the mall has continued to evolve, with various renovations and tenant updates to maintain its appeal amidst the competition from other shopping centers in George Town.

Oiyaaa.. Padahal aku udah kesana.. Ingetnya cuma Blok M aja karena Blok M gak tersembunyi kayak PGC.
Kalo kena cr bisa pakai option yg hilangkan musiknya aja jadi gak mute abis.. memang gak semua kondisi yt bisa tapi kalo samar ai nya masih bisa.. kalo gak pake mic nc biasanya triknya tutupin mic hp pake tangan 😀
