I hope so… BTW i have a recent blog that features a cabin crew where I flew aboard a Q400 from Cebu to Bacolod. It doesn’t feature BCD airport but you’ll get a glimpse of how it looks like now. There are public van services also at the airport (which i sometimes take if i’m traveling alone and not in a rush) that charges about P120-150. At least inilipat na nila ang terminal fee booth. Dati sa baba yan nakakalito kasi hindi prominent at walang signage. Pag nagmamadali ka at naghahabol ng flight,hassle kasi bababa ka na naman para magbayad tapos aakyat ulit para sa final security and boarding.

Air strip need not be long enough to make it international standard as some international flights use small planes such as the B737 and A320/A321. BCD has, in fact, handled international flights before (chartered) having its own immigration counters and customs, and can even accommodate an A330 landing on its airstrip, so think again before you put a good place down.

Annually I go vacation flying to Bacolod. Connecting flight from LAX - MLA - BCD wasnt able to do that since pandemic came.
