I don't believe it'll disqualify you but it really depends what you score on when you go in MEPS the first time

Hello! sorry for late reply, Yes the Air Force does offer Lasik surgery. But I believe the wait list for getting it done is quite long since a lot of people are wanting to get it since it is for free. So it'll be quite some time
