i fixed mine by removing the back cover and giving the mainboard a good squeeze and press. id recommend trying it only if you have no way of heating it up yourself or cant get it fixed immediately
Basically, with this type of issue, you can try to resolder the chip in place by using a heat gun and a LOT of flux. Sometimes it's not enough, but in this example it worked. :)

Its not even worth paying the same amount I paid for the phone to be repaired by a proffesional. I just bought this phone 2 months ago brand new now its useless.

When I try to turn on wifi or bluetooth it doesnt even try to turn on it just switches back to off
