Thank you Justin!!!! I felt hesitant to release the love and light into the room and I recognized fear as the root of that, and asked Jesus why I feared that I wouldn’t feel that love and light in me after I’d released it, as if releasing it meant I had to take it out of myself, and Jesus showed me the fear was based on a poverty mindset set on self and not in trust in Him. Was able to release that old mindset to Him and feel his peace and wept in gratitude as I knew and felt that love and light and life were mine forever and I can release it because He is the overflowing source, the well that never runs dry. Hope this helps someone else too!

Just at the end, when Justin said touch your face. I do the same as he did and get a bit emotional for I felt the Lord Jesus touching my face as if He is saying, he loves me, I am His child and i am beautiful to Him.

Thankyou again for this, I have just been using this technique because I was dealing with Stress and my heart rate was up, the natural methods of just breathing were ok, but not helping fully, as soon as I started to do this, I felt Holy Spirit working and my heart rate has gone down and the fight or flight response has dissipated. He heals us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Praise God!!❤🙌👑

Meditations - have you posted any?
You can continue alone...try it, little by little, a few minutes at a time just after Justin's voice goes off, so you can rely on "God with you", Immanuel, all the time, Jesus or Yeshua as your teacher. You can thus meditate on a scripture from the Bible. A psalm or a word from jesus.
A lovely App to download is "Jesus Word",(blue and yellow icon app) . And there, you choose how long your meditation or contemplation lasts. 10mn to 1/2 hour. But Justin is lovely indeed and he really helps to enter in His Rest !!!
Read your Bible so you stick to the Word of God. It's very important, so that you don't go into New Age teachings, thinking they are Christian.

It’s obvious you love Jesus but is using language like ascension and mantras helpful? Just curious. Not tryna be confrontational
Yes we need to expand our language. Ascension is a biblical idea and so are mantras. We are to ‘ascend’ the hill of the Lord and stand in His holy place. The angels cry holy holy holy. This is a mantra, a meditation on one word or one idea. It’s a method used in most churches in worship.

G'day bro,how you goin'? I am in Australia...if you can...So i used to do all this when i was a wiccan? Also ran meditation too in a circle i used to facilitate at my place 24 years ago...before i was sheep dipped in the water/(baptised) Also did this again born again with people that were not born again only about 17years ago...So what makes it Christian is myvqueation Justin.As i can also share/teach others about Aura ,frequencys,sound healing, word play..our body temple structure and quite SUM other areas as AhBa has taught and revealed ro me. Man , i put all this stuff down for the leaders told me stuff in churches and would look at me as doing witchcraft. Do you , know the difference. And can you state it here for me for clarity of wherw you arw at with it. I have already what i trust AhBa has showed me , but suppose i need " encouragement " really....I have dimmed my light i think to "fit in the box" ,so to speak ay...ShLM AhCh😇🙏🏽🙌🏿👣❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤍
