matt, you have no idea how many lives you have changed, i first saw your channel years ago, was struggling with diet and been quite skinny person with a back problem and quite poor (no money for a gym membership or proper nutrtion that was every other fitness influencer uses and was quite tired of been skinny. i just turning 40 this year and i still use your advice from not worrying to much about macro nutrition and from been confused by the mega hype of the fitness world and still broke, my gym consist of the floor,local park and a bicycle. i can lift my 25 kilo son and throw him around with out worrying about my back, (i have not hurt it since i followed your advice about bridges) i got alot of love for you man, and one day hopefully we can catch up.

I'm typically a minimalist in life in general but I like your idea of branding and refocusing towards simplicity. I personally use an HIT (1 slow, controlled set to failure) body weight plus (weight) type of program and don't do a whole lot of isolation work mostly just Squat Push Pull full body workouts two to three days a week
I've simplified my diet down to a few key foods, and it makes making dinner much easier lol

Im also the same as u, but i aim more for precision than minimalism and maximalism.
