  • Yamaha guitars has continued to expand their range of cutting edge TransAcoustic guitars with new parlor and classical guitar models. The new CSF-TA and CG-TA are based upon Yamaha brilliant new CSF parlor travel guitarsand ever popular CG classical guitars. The transacoustics technology utilizes on-board electronics and a built-in actuator to create reverb and chorus effects using the guitars physical resonance. Similar in concept to the popular tonewood amp accessory, the TransAcoustic technology provides rich room or hall reverb and bubbly chorus through the sweep of a control knob. Check out our full review and find out that you can get Van Halen style feedback from a classical guitar!

    I love the FS-TA first and foremost because it is a stellar sounding and feeling instrument. It has such a mellow smooth and sparkly sound that just sings and rings to my ears. THEN you add in the chorus and reverb effects and good gracious this thing is AMAZING! Why aren't more people freaking out about these?

    I like thay little smile he gives when it reverberates. Theae are awesome guitars. So fun. I've always loved Yamaha. Even when made in China, its all under the full direction and factory ownership of the Japanese parent company. They are a standout maker of beautiful instruments, not only of guitars. I will always love Yamaha.

    I got the LS-TA, my first steel string in 40 years, and loved it immediately.
    Being foremost a classical player, and needing a good 6-string to get back my chops before I tackle my 10-string. I have two others, including a Yamaha whose action is too high, the other is a cheapo. So I went ahead and got the Cg-TA, and oh, My. God.
    Carlevaro never sounded so good.

    I hope they add delay and presets and maybe eq's and compression in the future

      I don't think you can compress an acoustic wave, you can only do that inside of a circuit. Delay is a good idea though.

I've had it a year now and have turned many heads people keep looking for the wires LOL> sounds amazing and best purchase ever. extensive research sure paid off in this case. thank you for what you do.

    You already sold me on the Taylor A10 or 12, leaning towards the 12. I don't need the e, since I don't have the guts to play in public, but I do wish it came with the cutaway. I want to start playing again and I'm going to have to relearn EVERYTHING! Can you get a hard case with that instead of the gig bag? You play beautifuly. I can see you really get into it. Thanks for the excellent guitar reviews, you helped me a lot .

    • @notshared4072
      @notshared4072 3 роки тому +1

      @Lionheart Lucas I mean that if I put it down for an extended period without manually turning it off, when I return to it the power is off nonetheless. It's not out of batteries, because I can still turn it on and play. Like this since I bought the guitar and happens w/ fresh alkalines or NiMH rechargeables.

    • @notshared4072
      @notshared4072 3 роки тому

      @Lionheart Lucas Try 'em out for yourself. Any big guitar store is going to have 'em both. I think you'll find them hard to beat for a campfire/couch guitar. Pretty much anywhere you won't have access to outboard reverb.
