Constructing a Circle through 3 Points

In this video I show how to construct a circle through 3 non-collinear points. The main technique used in this video is constructing a perpendicular bisector with a compass and straightedge. By constructing two perpendicular bisectors, I am able to find the center of the circle, then construct a circle that passes through all 3 original points.
