    Loved visiting and stitching with you today. I'm current doing a 3-2-1 priority rotation.
    My main focus gets 3 days a week, next priority gets 2 days a week, then 2 non priority pieces each get 1 day.

    Thank you Carla. I so enjoy your SWMs. I wish I could come over to Scotland to sit and stitch. We could have a lovely morning stitching together with our coffees (only after a good nights sleep of course). Ta ta for now.

    9:45 I was surprised when you said 3371 because I’m stitching in that color and I clearly see it’s brown on my end but I can’t see the difference in your work lol!

    Hope you've caught up the lack of sleep. Loved your ramble and had to laugh several times looking up at the screen because I kept seeing a chipmunk. I know it's a snowman and a tree or bush behind it, but it took some time to unsee the big chipmunk. With the hat of the snowman being the eye😅

    Ramble on. I love listening to your videos I wish you could do more of them, especially when you have a history lesson included.

    I enjoyed the stitch with me and I couldnt believe it had been 45 minutes either. I was diamond painting and listening and I enjoyed it immensely. I do look up and watch your stitching as well. No need to apologize. I hate when my sleep is interrupted or I wake up for no reason. I work 12 hour shifts from 7pm to 7am so I know exactly what you mean. I completely understand but you did a great job as usual. See you soon!!!

    I love spinning the wheel😊, I have goals for the start of the month and when they are met I spin the wheel cause I just can't decide which one I want to the next 😊 and I try to do around 1000 stitches or more 😊

    Good talk today! I have been keeping my projects to 4... and they make me anxious sometimes... but when I'm anxious I can see down the tube that part of it is because I'd REALLY like to start another piece and I can't because I haven't finished the 4... It's kind of like your Happy Village... it soothes the soul and gives you joy! I may at some point get into a rotation, or not. I seem to be enjoying what I work on until I don't - look at the other 3 - no fizz? Then what? I know I have to keep my hands busy and I know I love the joy part a lot. So, thank you! I am going to begin the four others I've got in my box - it will take a while as I need to kit them up, but I can do that one at a time, then begin them one at a time.... can't wait!

    I may try the wheel hah. Now ive finished with uni. Although am in a group that has some events that focus on wips for a couple days. But I want to add some love to my other wips I have on rotation this year . Its so tempting to start this one too..😅. I am trying get couple I have closer to a finish I aimed for easter this year on one last year but that fell through so I hoped for later in year but then HAED released a SAL so it's main focus. So my one that I hoped to finish has sadly been little neglected.

    I need quiet and peace ☮️ I share a common wall with next door. They are students from CalArts, future Disney animators, Crazy Dancer, Drama Kings and Queens, a famous acting Alumni. I worked there for 4 years after our 1994 earthquake! Their lives are completely upside down and can access their classroom’s any time of day. They arrive home between 12am - 2am. They start in and that bass sound system starts in. Each year we know a new set of 4-5 are moving in 😳😳. Some years have been wild but right now, this semester has been okay😊 I take their trash receptacles in after 3-4 days place them against their entry gate so they can’t pass. By end of May they might get it. Then training starts for new year in August. The campus has clothing optional, other employees would call me and say don’t go up the stairs. I once ran into a girl registering in a “belt” that’s it. Almost fell down😂😂 You bring peace into my life. Thank you

    I love your method of stitching. I notice you park in the next roe down only. What do you do with threads that need to be parked several rows down? I don't see that on your canvas.

    • @TheStitchyWitch
      @TheStitchyWitch  7 місяців тому

      Hi Jennifer. Yes I only ever park jn the row beneath. When using two threads it can tend to get very bulky at the back so I try to limit how far I will park.
