I company my uncle to AKPK office, before enter building, few agent turn out. Why so call AKPK agent still there ? Because lot of low education borrower not computer literally, AKPK mostly self services key in all data by borrower. Talimat in Malay & English, very general talimat, not Talimat how fill online form, and online form for what purpose? Once AKPK involve BANK officer "tidak apa sahaja & tungguhlah", even bank recovery officer change phone / personal- unable to contact , have to call many times to find out. Finally my uncle settle everthing after 10 years. All Bank must have a standard format style letter under AKPK arrangment. AKPK is good but can be BETTER.
