    Ingredients
    Chicken:
    Chicken 1 kg cut in cubes
    Salt 2 tsp
    Garlic 1 tbsp
    Black pepper 2 tsp
    Chili flakes 1 tsp
    Corn flour 3 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Oil for frying chicken
    Gravy:
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Garlic and Ginger paste chopped 2 tbsp
    Spring onion ¼ cup
    Capsicum cut in cubes 1
    Onion cut in cubes 1
    Salt 1 tbsp or to taste
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup
    Chili Garlic sauce ¼ cup
    Paprika 1 tbs
    Chicken stock 1 cup
    Corn Flour slurry 1/4 cup
    Directions
    In a bowl take chicken and add salt, garlic, black pepper, chili flakes and mix well. Then add corn flour and egg and mix well.
    Deep fry chicken cubes in a wok and set aside.
    Gravy
    Heat oil, add ginger and garlic paste, saute and add spring onion and saute.
    Add capsicum, onion and saute. Add salt, red chili, vinegar, soya sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and paprika and mix.
    Add 1 cup water/chicken stock stir and add mixture of water and corn flour (corn flour slurry) mix until gravy thickens. Dish out and serve with Chinese rice
