Wouldn't putting the stamina at 85 be more realistic? Since all builds start with 85 on 2K25 And it isn't part of the builder ? So you'd have more points left to put on other attributes

I will never make a defensive build ever again 2k doesn’t like defensive so I’m only making builds with a 85 perimeter high slashing/midrange and low 70ish 3ball with pretty good playmaking please fellas don’t waste money into making a defensive build in the beginning of the game they gonna just nerf you

The only reason to having standing dunk that high is with OBoards high. Put all those att points toward Block at 87 and DBoards. Other than that this is almost the same build I have in builder ready to remake in ‘25

Every build doesn’t get the same amount of attributes.
They clearly said smaller builds get more attributes to use .

I get the whole cap breaker thing right… My build on 24 doesn’t have limitless but I make a build that’s a point off on 25, if I was to add a cap breaker would I unlock limitless? 👀Something we need to know . If you’re able to speak on that .
As long as your build in that category has that attribute space available…..YES
If it maxes to 85 ex and you have 84 . Cap breaker will bring it 85 and unlock badge /animations.
Cap breakers will not be easy to get so if you ain’t grinding don’t mess up your build.

If your 3 ball maxes to 85 and your three is currently 84. You can use cap breaker to bring it to 85 and unlock badge yes.
It does take your attribute past its max potential.
If your three is max at 84, you can’t break past that limit.

If you are making a 6'7 lock SF make sure you have a squad because in random scenarios you wont even be able to use your lock to guard the pg you will probably end up being a CENTER with low block and not that much rebound. I would suggest just making a Hybrid defender (all defense maxed out) at 6'8 because if you get thrown at center you can still handle business.

@UncleDemi if the stamina starts at 85 And you have to go to the gym to max stamina out why not use the extra points in the builder To maximize Other Attributes? And If You or short on And Attribute for an animation can u use the max +1 to get the Attributeif you’re short 1 or you can use the cap breaker? Great vid but I have those questions if u don’t mind.

I feel like agility might be more important than perimeter defense this year for guarding the perimeter, and 77 agi instead of acceleration here just won't cut it. You're going to have to be shorter or lighter.
Then you going to complain when getting threes shot on you.
Perimeter is absolutely needed to guard 3pt line effectively.
Agility will be needed to stay in front of those individuals on defense and keep up with them
Both categories go hand-hand.

I can look at dribble moves an put mines in affect same with jumpshots with out either being at 89 or 90 but not this year this will be my first year 6"6 with atleast 92 3pt or 6"3 with 94-95 3pt

Its the fact you can copy and paste builds from 2k24 to 25, 2k is a joke. Grinded to top 20 in pro am and gained nothing but a name and headaches. Let there be rewards for actually being good and not just the casual stuff they give. Make it worth our time to want to grind. Used to want to play legends get hyped to see youtubers in the park now half the community could care less. You make builds unique again and less courts that look like vertigo. People would want to play. The only ones that would disagree is the negative win percents that left right. Ive seen only a handfull of people who can actually combo up in 24. Shouldn't the guys who try hard and want to make the best content have a say. They are becoming more and more money hungry. If you have a 40 layup you should miss a layup regardless if you open. If you have a 50 perimeter you shouldn't be able to contest unless you a bigger player. Couldn't have me be a dev ill save this game
