Hello Guys! This is FitManjeet & I am here with a new video of my “I ATE LIKE” series.
All of you are familiar with Danish Zehen who is no more between us today. He left us one year back on 20th December but he is still in our hearts and will always be. He has inspired many people and me specially. I have started my UA-cam channel from getting inspiration from Danish. He has achieved alot in his short life span. He would have achieved much more if he lived more. No one can beat him, not you and not even me. I have seen many people who wants to look like Danish, wants to know the secret behind his personality, his physique. So, here I am, with a video, I ATE LIKE DANISH ZEHEN for a day. In this I will tell you what Danish ate and at what time. So without sparing any minute let’s get started.
So, firstly, Danish himself used to say you have to change your sleeping & waking schedule if you want to achieve a good physique. He himself used to wake up at 2 or 3pm in the afternoon but when he decided to make a good physique he started waking up a lil’ bit early because the most important thing is that you complete your daily nutritional value. If you spend your most of the time sleeping then it would be almost impossible for you to complete your daily nutritional value as you can not eat a lot of altogether. You have to give atleast a two hour gap after every meal that you take. Science has proven too that night’s sleep is best for the human body. So let’s get to Danish Zehen’s diet plan.
MEAL 1 (BREAKFAST):
In meal no. 1, Danish used to take take 6 egg whites, oats & 1 scoop of whey protein. So I am also taking 6 egg whites with 1 scoop of whey protein & 100gm of oats. Nutritional value of this diet is 3.7gm of Fats, 46.3gm of Proteins and 17.1gm of Carbs. Guys nutritional valuw of this diet may vary depending upon your whey protein brand.
MEAL 2 (LUNCH):
So let’s move on to meal no. 2. In this meal, Danish used to take 250gm of Chicken, rice and fruit salad. So, I am also taking 250gm of boiled chicken with 150gm of boiled rice & 1cup of fruit salad. Nutritional value of this diet is 12gm fats, 63gm of Proteins & 67gm of Carbs.
MEAL 3 (SNACKS):
In meal no. 3, Danish used to take Glutamine & 2 bananas. Nutritional value of this meal is 0.8gm of Fats, 53.9gm of Carbs and 2.6gm of Proteins. Nutritional value of this diet may vary depending upon your glutamine brand.
MEAL 4 (PRE-WORKOUT MEAL):
Danish used to take mass gainer before workout. So I am also taking 1scoop of mass gainer. Nutritional value of this diet is 1.50gm of Fats, 52.50gm of Carbs and 15.75gm of Proteins. Nutritional value of this diet may also vary depending upon your mass gainer brand. So, now my favorite part. Let’s hit the gym.
MEAL 5 (POST-WORKOUT MEAL)
In this meal, Danish used to take mass gainer and egg whites. So, I am also going to take 1scoop of Mass Gainer & 6 egg whites. Nutritional value of this diet is 1.8gm of Fats, 54gm of Carbs and 37.35gm of Proteins. Nutritional value of this diet may also vary depending upon your mass gainer brand.
MEAL 6 (DINNER)
Dinner & lunch meal of Danish Zehen was same. He used to 250gm of chicken, rice and fruit salad. So I am also going to take 250gm of chicken, 150gm of rice and 1cup of fruit salad. So, nutritional value of this diet is 12gm of Fats, 63gm of Protein and 67gm of Carbs.
So, this was the diet plan of Danish Zehen. Danish brother is at the better place and will always stay in my heart, our hearts. We miss you, we love you Danish.
