I see you came across a Prize Hub machine. Bowler City (in Hackensack, NJ) has one in their arcade. It also has prize capsules like those as well. And the one prize they have in that Prize Hub machine at Bowler City for 10,000 tickets is some airpods.
Highly expensive arcades are a huge turn off. $2.50 a play is outrageous! Even Hotel arcades are that much these days. 12 credits a play ain’t gonna happen. haha

Definitely looks like Carnival ships have the Royal arcade's beat. Pricing seems fairly similar but the arcade in this video had a lot more variety.
