- Today I randomized Dragon Ball Legends Characters like Beast Gohan, Blue Gogeta, and SSJ3 Goku on a wheel and built a team using those characters! I then have to use that team and win 3 matches in PvP!

Just a quick heads up, equips are very important in this game so it's best to not auto-select them (and also to get better ones for units like hit who literally got NOTHING on the equips you used) and also z abilities are very important to look at when making teams (but i'm gonna assume you know that part already)

Don't use a blast or a strike before the enemy sidesteps. There's a big chance it turns into a PV so always wait until the enemy sidesteps. Also put whatever UL you have always in the leader slot, otherwise it won't get the UL ability

8:43 this super 17 green card counters every ki attack in the game (even blue) and it also heals him.
10:37 green tag ss4 green card needs like half second to knock the enemy and if enemy managed to hit you before the ending of green card charge it will be canceled.
11:38 Hit's green card restores Ki and gives some dmg buffs and CRIT rate up.
It nullifies special cover change for like 10 timer counts. Example: MUI have counter on blast and strike cards, and special cover change nullification will... nullifie and ignore it making you still able to combo (BTW, IF YOU KNOCK THE ENEMY WITH THAT SPECIAL COVER CHANGE COUNTER YOU CAN ATTACK HIM ONLY WITH BLUE CARD OR GREEN CARD THAT HIT'S THE ENEMY, BECAUSE ENEMY CAN JUST DODGE RED AND YELLOW CARDS). Also it gives you type netural. (And also Hit deals more damage against blue units because this is one of his unique abilities)
Btw to make your combo last longer you should dodge or charge because it will restore a bit of ur KI (attack, dash towards enemy, dodge/ki charge, attack, dash towards, dodge/charge... and repeat until you ran out of KI).
14:05 if Ultra Gogeta blue unique gauge is full... 1) it will heal him and gives big buffs 2) if you hit him with any blast attack (yes, blue cards also count) he will knock you and uses blue card.
14:45 fun fact: some units can heal when their hp drops to 0 right? Well MUI can get his "endurance" only if he's the last one standing alive on the team. "I refuse to let all of them down" he said lol.
15:48 yeah, this unit have only strike cover change...
Also remember to look at character's cards and abilities to know what they can do because you will need it to do really cool stuff.

Dunno if the sauce man will see this, but something that might help is that some characters have special cover change nullification, aka the crap that happens when people switch. You can combo freely with worrying about that.

Just going to drop this here, beast gohan was essentially receiving zero buffs from the team.
TOPPO IS A NO😂, hit obviously not and golden frieza is a lizard!
You might have seen that almost everyone takes way more damage than tanking, and that is partially true, but that's mostly because the community has optimized the ever living shit out of the game to the point multi color teams aren't a thing!
Back in the olden days of mid 2nd year anni, team's used to be made so every member was strong, that's partially why future was both extremely strong and weak at the same time(Future gohan is still stupid to this day so just imagine back then, and there was no red character to really carry the team).
Nowadays you'll see most people run 3 characters only and the rest are fodder benches that simply zenkai buff them(which requires both a tag and a specific color).
So you see what ended up happening here is beast gohan was essentially on his own solo vs teams that were juiced up with over 130%ish stat buffs vs your beast gohan who quite literally was getting 70% to strike attack and defense only☠.
In summary do NOT underestimate what a 1% more buff can do, it has a CRAZY amount of difference at the end of the day so make sure to try and sinergize as much as humanly possible!
P.S other tips.
1. Leader slot only activates if you USE the character, so keep that in mind whenever you're doing the challenge, otherwise you might end up losing a z ability and we all know how that goes.
2. Eventually if you play enough pvp you'll start encountering optimized team builds that will unfornately eek out any fun you might have done. And trust me this will happen very fast, probably as soon as you hit top 20k(which ain't hard at all to do randomly). So either only pvp when absolutely necessary or you may have to bend the rules a bit, otherwise it'll quite literally be an endless string of losses.
3. Grind.equips.ASAP, We all hate it but oh man are they necessary. For what you need, simply go on events, the equivalent to growth tab on legends and farm those equips stages, they'll give you generally decent equips that don't need specific tags to work well.
Also get at least one equip for every unique character, so all lf's that have gotten an unique equip + Fat buu.
Even a shitty roll on these is better than any general equip.
And that's all i have to offer! the rest is a lot of patience and game sense, you'll figure that out as you go, good luck and above all else, don't be burned out by legends, with these tips it should ease the frustration you'll face later decently well...
