For me it’s about my career. I need to decide to either stay at my current position or transfer to another department. It’s a lateral move. Do I stay where I’m comfortable or move to something unknown?
That's a decision I encourage you to make alone. I do know though there is no growth in a comfort zone. Change is scary but what if something amazing awaits you!
